Guitar Hero World Tour DLC Drums Outtathaway! 5* Semi-Correct Cymbal use
Just wanted to show you guys my new setup. It's more like a real drum setup that I wanna try and focus on a little bit in the summer because I have time on my hands anyway. I tried using the absolutely shitty ION cymbals you get with it. I already have a Roland CY-8 as you can see in this video but I ordered a CY-5 as a high-hat too. I'll expand this later on with another CY-8 as Ride and a double bass pedal but that's a little further down the line. I'm really starting to understand Sony Vegas and I'm really happy with the angle that I got from using a good tripod and the sync that was more precise this time. If you have any tips about the angle etc you can always send me a PM or leave comments on this video they would be much appreciated or you could just say the angle rocks that would be great too! :D Anyway I really love playing this song. I didn't like it that much at first but I really started liking it after a couple of plays, it's not that hard but it gets a little bit harder along the way and it's tons of fun to play and has a lot of energy. Also enjoy my SWEET DBZ cap that I found somewhere looking for a cap because my hair looked retarded with this angle :). And the cushion on the green pad is for reminding me that I SHOULDN'T hit that pad because I had to adjust to the GHWT setup pretty quickly for this video and it really put me off sometimes especially using both the crash(CY-8) and the ride(stock ION cymbal)as Orange. That's also why my grip looks like shit ...

DLC Release 07/13/10 ~ The Vines Pack 01 "Outtathaway!" is the third single from The Vines' debut album Highly Evolved. It is the Vines' second highest charting single (after "Get Free") and also written by Craig Nicholls. The song was used in the movie Bruce Almighty, but it wasn't included on the official movie soundtrack. The song was renamed "Outtathaway!" for single release although its correct title is "Outtathaway" minus the "!". The video, directed by David LaChapelle, sees the band in some sort of club, playing in front of a debauched crowd. During the song, singer Craig drifts around the microphone slashing at his guitar while gig-goers drink and dive off balconies and crowd surf. The video grows more frantic and feverish as the song progresses, with the camera occasionally cutting to images of Nicholls and friends stumbling around the halls, destroying dressing rooms and break dancing in the toilets. During the video, a girl rushes up on stage to hug Nicholls, who he apparently throws over his shoulder (This is because of Craig's Aspergers Syndrome, some people who suffer from it are sensitive to touch, and as stated in an interview Craig hates other peoples arms being put around him). At the very end, bassist and drummer are swarmed by the crowd, while Nicholls discards his guitar and gives the drum kit a hug.
