I have had quite a few people ask me just exactly how I get into a 10ft Transformers Optimus Prime costume. I figured I should upload this video and let everyone see. Due to the size of the Optimus Prime costume, I sometimes feel like a scarecrow trapped in an Autobot. The Optimus Prime costume is not incredibly comfortable to wear, but the reaction on the faces of people in the crowd is well worth it.

ANOTHER Rude Awakening of Optimus Prime
Optimus Prime is confused and irritated when Optimal Optimus awakens him 4 million years too soon. Made with the consent of DRSMOOV Written and Voiced by Jon "3.0" Bailey. *Original animation blocked out per animator's request. The animator originally was asked via email to create some custom CG for Optimus Prime's lines and he agreed. I still have the emails proving the animation was used with permission and can show the content of those emails upon request. I have no problem with the animator and I never have or will. I have made some comments on YouTube and/or at conventions that have apparently hurt his feelings and I'm accused me of being a "name-dropping," telling people we are "friends" when I only meant "friendly acquaintences" and now "stealing" from him. I never deliberately meant to offend him and I certainly never stole from him. We were friendly acquaintances at the time of the making of this video and I am in the process of removing any mention of his name, his channel's name, etc from comments/video tags. LG Optimus V Review
Sydney does a full review of the LG Optimus V from Virgin Mobile. The Optimus V is a standard mid-range Android device that ships with stock Android 2.2, a 600 MHz processor and a 3.2 MP auto-focus camera. Though it's not a high-end smartphone, the performance of the device was very impressive. The 600 MHz processor did a good job of keeping up and the 3G data speeds were great. The phone is especially impressive considering the price. It's only $150 from Virgin Mobile with no contract. Virgin Mobile also has some of the best plans from a prepaid carrier. It is unique because it is an eco-friendly device made of 50 percent recycled plastic and is packed in fully recyclable packaging that is printed with soy inks. With a 3.5-inch display, an 800 MHz processor, and a 5-megapixel camera, it's certainly not the most impressive device on the market. But it has some nice features like NFC, Google Wallet, Mobile Hotspot capabilities, and an offer for 50GB of free cloud storage from Box. And for $29 on contract, it's hard to resist.
