Straight Leg Pendulum: Best Oblique Exercises ( Side Abs )
www.sixpackfactory.com The straight leg pendulum works the side abdominal area. The specific muscles that are being targeted are the internal and external obliques. To perform the straight leg pendulum, lie on your back with arms out to the sides. Lift your legs straight up in the air until the hips are at 90 degrees. Press the lower back flat throughout the motion. Keep your legs straight up in the air and move them over from to one side. Go as far as you can under control, keeping your upper back and shoulders on the floor. Pull the legs back to the start and then over to the other side. This is a slow side to side movement. Dumbbell Side Bend : Best Oblique Exercises ( Side Abs )

Cable Push Pull Back Chest Obliques Abs Exercise free motion

You will really determine your weak link during this exercise. Make sure you set the cables to around shoulder level. Stand in the middle of both cables.
