If you want to disable these recent activity posts appearing on your Friends news feeds, then follow these steps:- HIDE "RELATIONSHIP STATUS" ACTIVITY To disable the recent activity posts and prevent people from seeing a Recent Activity story about a profile change you make to your relationship status, follow these steps:- Login to your Personal Profile; Account - Privacy Settings - "Sharing on Facebook" click on "Customize Settings"; Under the "Things I Share" click on the dropdown next to "Relationships" and select "Customize" and then "Make this visible to" and select "Only Me" from the drop dropdown list the "Save Setting". To do this, it has removed the "Top Stories and "Most Recent" links on the top of the News Feed and replaced it with a smarter feed that adjusts content based on the last time you checked it. WIZnet 2007 Design Contest 2nd Place Winner
A video demonstration of my entry for the WIZnet 2007 design contest. WIZnet makes Ethernet controllers with integrated hardware TCP/IP stacks. The contest goal was to use their W5100 controller in a project of any application. I made an Internet connected LED News Ticker. It strips news headlines from the BBC world news RSS feed every 15 minutes and scrolls them across the display. DHCP and DNS are implemented, along with a cut-down XML parser. The display consists of 8 8x8 LED matrices each connected to their own PCB. A PIC18F2221 is used for controlling, while PFETs and TPIC6C596 power shift registrs are used to drive the LEDs. The PCBs constantly refresh the display while waiting for display data from the main board. The main board handles all networking functions and display/scrolling functions. September 11, 2001 9:55am to 10:00am. WTC 2 demolition worldwide live news coverage. Who controlled the globally pooled news images and wrote the teleprompter script on 9/11? This video requires you forget the story and use basic scientific observation of the images shown and the timing. Look for the patterns. There are clues left for the savy investigator in the patterns and images used, perfectly timed at 9:58 am. New plane images and Pentagon stock footage aired the same minute the South Tower is taken down in a controlled demolition. Notice the entire world satellite feed changes from ABC images to the Pentagon seconds before the demolition. NBC zooms out as far as possible, ABC runs the collapse on half screen with a pink filter altered stock Pentagon image on the other half. Notice the NBC yellow filter and the post collapse global satellite feed yellow filter. The yellow filter color is very distinct, a fingerprint. Clearly we see many zoomed and cropped images of the same shots throughout, edited and altered "live". The world's news was hijacked on 9/11 and fed a scripted production from a single source. The building exploded into dust in 10 seconds flat and the globally fed satellite news feed missed it. The majority of America and the world did not see the South Tower collapse (demolished) live.
