Interesting myth but in my opinion , not true. Here is the story i was able to find: I have no reason to discredit the people who told me this story, and after some investigating I did, I fully believe this. I was stationed at Nellis AFB from 2000-2004, and this is just one of the many ghost stories I heard while there. I worked the night shift with the 99th Security Forces Operations, Law Enforcement. Two very trustworthy people related to me an occurrence of a ghost sighting. On the backside of the flightline there is what used to be, and still is called the Live Ordinance Loading Area (LOLA). At the back of the LOLA are three ''bunkers'', all empty, and all rumored to once be elevator shafts for a tunneling system which allowed bombs to covertly be loaded onto aircraft. My friends were parked in the back of one of the structures killing time when they started hearing footsteps around their vehicle. At first they played it off as being the coyotes that live in the area, but then the footsteps got louder and louder, as if someone wearing heavy boots were pacing around their vehicle. Theyboth got out of the truck and took a look around the vehicle to see if it might be myself or on of our other friends playing a prank. When they saw nothing they got back into the truck and tried to start it up, but it wouldn't start. The footsteps, had stopped while they were out of the truck, but then continued just as soon as they tried to start the vehicle. Finally the truck started ...

Fallout New Vegas Nellis part 3 of 7 Ant Misbehavin' and Sunshine Boogie
It's a good idea to do Ant Misbehavin' and Sunshine Boogie together and with 65+ repair. Doing them together with the appropriate repair skill saves you two trips. Both quests center around the Nellis Solar Array. Raquel gives Ant Misbehavin' and can be found patrolling, perched near the front gate, or in the women's' barracks. She tells you to eliminate some exploding Giant Ants from the Boomers generator building which is incorporated into the Nellis Array. The ants explode if struck by anything that would trigger a gas explosion, so no lasers, flamers, or grenades. The dangerous bit is that explosions can cause a chain reaction in the generator building making artillery shells go off. To makes things simplier, she sends you to Loyal. Loyal with give you a sonic emitter if you have speech or science skill is 50+. While with him, agree to fix solar panels to start Sunshine Boogie. Sunshine Boogie is simple enough. If you don't have 65 Repair, go to Helios One and salvage parts from its broken solar panels. Be advised salvaging requires 20 repair. With 65 repair or five sets of parts, go to the Nellis Array and fix the visibly damaged panels. Now enter the generator building, take care of the ants with or without Loyal's emitter (though using the emitter is a little funny), and reset the generators and main circuit breaker. Report to the two to complete their respective quests.

There is no particular order or sequence when I post the raw footage videos, rather it's just for people who are bored and would like to watch me mess around in the Wasteland until the next DLC pack is released. In this one, I finish clearing out Silver Peak Mine, and we defeat Thy Legendary Cazador. He wasn't so legendary. I find a Remnant's Power Helmet (next to a dead Enclave Soldier). I then do some inventory management, then I hop over to the underground train tunnel near the BoS Safehouse in the northeast area of the map. We clear out the ghouls and the frag mines without too much trouble, then we exit back out the way we came...
