The HIStory World Tour was the third and final world concert tour by Michael Jackson as a solo artist, covering Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and Hawaii from September 7, 1996 to October 15, 1997. The tour, which grossed a total of $163.5 million, included a total of 82 concerts with a record-breaking attendance of 4500000 fans. "Live in Munich: HIStory Germany Tour" Jackson planned upon filming this concert for a DVD release by Christmas time, so more camera angles (including individual crowd shots) were used, and the audio was later remastered heavily to emphasize the percussion and audience sounds. This concert was also an early experiment by Jackson with High Definition cameras. The release was ultimately cancelled; due to Jackson's dissatisfaction of the behind-the-scenes filming . However, the performance was televised extensively in many different countries, making it one of the most readily available concerts. The Mitchell Brothers - Michael Jackson
Extract Lyrics : I wish I could move like Michael Jackson Spin around have the world in a gaze I wish I could move like Michael Jackson Hit the ground, glide across the stage I wish I could move like Michael Jackson Getting down with my shoulders shakin I said, I wish I could move like Michael Jackson Hee-hee Aoow! When I took a deep breath, and lifted my head up That's when I wanted to be the man in the mirror Right after I saw the zombies in Thriller, I was no longer scared. So I got a copy of Bad on VHS Stayed up watching it to way past ten. Played the car park scene over again and again, religiously like a prayer.

Planet Earth: Poem Read by Michael Jackson
This is Michael's reading of his poem "Planet Earth." It appeared in the cd case of his Dangerous album, as well as in his book, Dancing the Dream. *On screen words too* Planet Earth, my home, my place A capricious anomaly in the sea of space Planet Earth are you just Floating by, a cloud of dust A minor globe, about to bust A piece of metal bound to rust A speck of matter in a mindless void A lonely spacship, a large asteroid Cold as a rock without a hue Held together with a bit of glue Something tells me this isn't true You are my swweetheart soft and blue Do you care, have you a part In the deepest emotions of my own heart Tender with breezes caressing and whole Alive with music, haunting my soul. In my veins I've felt the mystery Of corridors of time, books of hisotry Life songs of ages throbbing in my blood Have danced the rhythm of the tide and flood Your misty clouds, your electric storm Were turbulent tempests in my own form I've licked the salt, the bitter, the sweet Of every encounter, of passion, of heat Your riotous color, your fragrance, your taste Have thrilled my senses beyond all haste In your beuaty, I've known the how Of timeless bliss, this moment of now Planet Earth are you just Floating by, a cloud of dust A minor globe, about to bust A piece of metal bound to rust A speck of matter in a mindless void A lonely spacship, a large asteroid Cold as a rock without a hue Held together with a bit of glue Something tells me this isn't true You are my ...

Michael Jackson With Friends - What More Can I Give
Luego de los atentados terroristas Michael Jackson decidió grabar la canción "What More Can I Give" la que había compuesto años atrás. Inmediatamente organizó el 21 de octubre de este mismo año un concierto denominado "United We Stand - What More Can I Give" en un estadio de la ciudad de Washington donde participaron los Aerosmith, N´Sync, Anastacia, James Brown, Maria Carey, entre otros y donde se entonó "What More Can I Give". Lyrics How many people will have to die before we will take a stand How many children will have to cry, before we do all we can If sending your love is all you can give To help one live, mmm How many times can we turn our heads And pretend we cannot see Healing the wounds of our broken earth We are one global family Just sending your prayers Is something you feel Helping one heal What have I got that I can give (What have I got that I can give, tell me) What have I got that I can give, yeah, oh To love and to teach you To hold and to need you What more can I give (what more can I give, yeah) brother to brother, lay down our fears and reach out and make a pact Show him the love that is in our hearts, let us bring salvation back Just sending your love has the power to heal So let's all give What have I got that I can give (It's not a lot to give, just a little bit) What have I got that I can give (Everyone should be a part of it) To love and to teach you To hold and to need you What more can I give Say the words, I'll lay 'em down for you Just call ...

The tour, sponsored by PepsiCo and spanning 16 months, included 123 concerts to 4.4 million fans across 15 countries. When the tour concluded it grossed a total of $125 million, adding two new entries in the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest grossing tour in history and the tour with the largest attended audience. The tour lost to Amnesty International, but nothing could detract from the fact that Jackson's first solo tour was the largest and most successful in history. At every concert (at least in the United States) Jackson made sure that 400 tickets were reserved for underprivileged children. Michael Jackson 30th Anniversary Rare Footage
Hi, this video is only a few minutes of a full and electrifying concert that Michael performed on the 7th September 2001 for the 30th Anniversary shows in New York. The first time in many years and the last time he ever performed with his brothers. I was there and captured this footage, the footage is incredible quality and transferred straight from my original DV tape. It captures every moment of the evening and includes loads of stuff that was never televised, like him talking to the audience, mic checks and the full unedited performances off all his songs, see them in full, exactly as they happened, the DVD is one whole hour of non stop Michael! I have taking absolutely nothing out of this DVD, everything is on there. Like I said before the quality is outstanding, truly 10/10. This is an awesome DVD to own if your a fan of MJ, even more if you were there on the night! Just to clarify, the DVD is only what Michael did that night, one hour long and his final appearance during "We Are The World" was not captured. So basically the unedited version of what was aired on TV. If interested please email me at: burr_35@hotmail.co.uk Kindest regards :)
