Martyn and Jamie were at The Secret Garden Party 08 with the One Taste Collective and Chai Wllas, (you will hear the festival in the background slightly) the weather was amazing and Martyn had his kit with him so they thought why not do a one shot track in the middle of a corn field. this was just one take, no rehearsal, no retakes, just Jamie and his guitar (plus a mini battery amp) shot in HDV on a sony Z1 with a 35mm adaptor using a canon FD 50mm.

Mother of missing man travels to Mexico to find him
It's been 4 weeks since Nelly Shankle has seen her son Noel. "I am not giving up hope," said Nelly. Noel Shankle is 28 years old, but that doesn't change how concerned Nelly is for his well-being. "It's not over until God says it's over, and he hasn't told me that yet." His disappearance remains a mystery. Noel flew from North Texas to Harlingen, rented a car, and then crossed into Mexico through the Veteran's International Bridge in Brownsville close to midnight on February 3rd. He told his family he was making the long trip to have dental work done for cheap. Other than surveillance video from the bridge showing him driving across the bridge, there's been no sign of Noel. A month later, his mom has made the same trip, driving all the way from Carrollton, Texas with 4 male family members. "I drove over the same bridge," said Nelly. The group traveled into Matamoros Mexico Friday and began posting missing persons signs all over town. "We posted them on telephone poles and businesses." They even stopped by the US Embassy to meet the people they've been communicating with over the phone in person. "We found out that there are several people missing," said Nelly. Hours later, the family returned to the valley with nothing, except a little bit of hope that their efforts may shed some light on what happened to the missing man. NYPD: Man Implicates Himself in Etan Patz Disappearance
NEW YORK — New York City police said a man has implicated himself in the death of 6-year-old Etan Patz, whose disappearance 33 years ago helped launch a missing children's movement that put kids' faces on milk cartons. The suspect in custody has been identified as Pedro Hernandez, who worked in in a SoHo shop near the Patz's home, sources said. New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said further details would be released later on Thursday.

Stephen DeDakis died on Sunday morning, August 21, in his hometown of Washington, DC He was 22. To friends and family, he was better known as "Weave," "Stevie," "Sven," or "Svenzerelli." An inventive musician and unstoppable -- if amateur -- comedian, Stephen also worked as a line cook at Addie's Restaurant, 11120 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. His interest in cooking began at Black's Bar & Kitchen in Bethesda, where he was mentored by Sous Chef Nate Waugaman, now head chef at Addie's where Stephen had recently come to work. Stephen also worked briefly at the Pete's Apizza restaurants in Columbia Heights and Friendship Heights. Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Stephen moved to DC in 2005 and graduated from Emerson Preparatory School in 2007. Stephen played trombone in the marching band at Walton High School in Marietta, Georgia. He also taught himself to play drums and guitar. He composed music and formed and/or played in several bands in Atlanta and DC, notably: Agg, Whacked, Svenzerelli and the Toads, Marfa, Mastako, The Originators, and The Down by the Riverside Catfish Blues Band. At the time of his death, Stephen was considering several career options: culinary school, teaching history, or possibly even becoming a private eye or stand-up comic -- or maybe all simultaneously. Missing Man Found Dismembered in Covington KY.mp4
COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - Two adults and a juvenile have been arrested for a murder in Covington. Donnell Brown, 57, was found at 1315 Greenup Street on Thursday. Police have charged Austin Eash, 21, Tiffany Herrera, 27 and a male juvenile, all of Covington, with murder, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse and theft. Police say Eash and Herrera lived at the address where Brown was found. Police do not think that Brown lived there, but did live in the area. Brown was found by a person who had been doing work on the property. Investigators are waiting for the medical examiner's report prior to discussing the cause of death. The Associated Press is reporting that Brown's estranged wife said his arms and legs were severed. Spike Jones with Covington Police would only say that Brown's body was "mutilated." Brown's wife said he moved from Burlington to Covington in August and was staying with his son and the son's wife. They last saw him early Monday. Jones said investigators believe this was an isolated incident and they are confident that they have the right suspects involved.

During interviews with the child's father and stepmother, police received conflicting accounts of what happened to the boy. The questioning led police to believe the child had died and search teams on Saturday began looking for his remains in a large field. The father, 34-year-old Aaron Ramsey, and the stepmother, 31-year-old Elizabeth Ramsey, were arrested and charged with first-degree felony charges of injury to a child. They remained in custody Sunday, with bail set at $500000 each. Police records reveal that in the last few months of Johnathan's life he was locked in his bedroom and fed "military rations" -- bread, water and occasionally milk -- as punishment for bad behavior, The Dallas Morning News reported. Aaron Ramsey, who once served in the military, told police that his son had begun acting in a violent manner early last year, including punching his stepmother in the stomach, causing her to have a miscarriage. A missing person case involving a female university student and the victim in a hit and run case appears to be related. Detectives look for a witness. Into the police office walks Min Soo-Ah (Kim Ha-Neul). She used to be a promising cadet at the police academy, but after a horrific car accident which killed her brother, Soo-Ah's police career ended. Min Soo-Ah also lost her eyesight in the car accident. Min Soo-Ah reveals to Detective Jo (Jo Hie-Bong) at the police station that on the night of the hit and run case she was picked up by a taxi cab driver. Soo-Ah believes the taxi driver may be the perpetrator of the crimes. Initially, Detective Jo doesn't take Soo-Ah's claims seriously because she is blind, but when Soo-Ah displays her acute senses the detective starts to believe her. Detective Jo and Min Soo-Ah then work together to find the taxi cab driver, but all their leads turn up empty. Then another witness comes forward Kwon Ki-Sub (Yoo Seung-Ho). Every time the friends and family of Joseph Helt post missing persons flyers for him, they are mysteriously ripped down from the local Shop Rite, and torn down from every post up and down Maple Avenue...well, all but two posters that is. The two posters that remain are always the ones that can be seen by the security cameras of the High School (which is also located on Maple Avenue). They even tore down all of the posters that we put up when we had a candlelight vigil for Joe! Most often these flyers are ripped down within 24 hours of the time that they are posted. SO WHAT IS GOING ON???? AND WHO IS IT THAT DOESN'T WANT JOE'S FLYERS POSTED? DO THEY HAVE A SECRET ABOUT HIS DISAPPEARANCE THAT THEY WANT TO KEEP HIDDEN? She questions the law which states that a missing person's report can be filed only after twenty four hours of disappearance of a person. She pleads with the police Inspector to help search for Samar. Two hoodlums take Samar to a mobster. Samar is frightened by the mobster. Menka eats in the kitchen while the rest of the family anxiously wait for news about Samar. One of the boys gives Samar food to eat and steals the gold chain from Samar's neck. Krishna goes in search of Samar. He shows Samar's photo to the people in the park and questions them. An ice cream vendor claims to have seen Samar with two stray kids who had bought ice cream for him from his shop.
