Therron Johnson, had been on tour in Iraq since last Christmas. But Friday, he was waiting to surprise her during the spelling bee. While Skylar was on stage spelling the word "Sergeant," the principal asked if she knows any sergeants. As soon as Skyler answered, "my dad," Staff Sgt. Johnson made his entrance. Skylar is completely stunned and in tears at the sight of her father, a man she hasn't seen in eight months. Unfortunately, Johnson is only home for nine days. But all that matters to Skylar is right now.

Military Responds to Obama's Treasonous Act Against The People 1/3
Rep. Walter Jones, a North Carolina Republican, has introduced H. Concurrent Resolution 107, which calls on the House, the Senate Concurring, to prevent Obama from starting another war without authorization from Congress. The resolution was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary on March 7. Obama has violated article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution. Obama's unconstitutional decision to involve the US in the illegal attack on Libya without the consent of Congress motivated at least some members of the House of Representatives to demand an explanation. On June 3 of last year, the House passed a resolution demanding that the president provide an explanation to the American people, a request that was ignored by Obama and his administration. Rep. Jones' resolution states that any use of military force by Obama without explicit consent and authorization of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution. It will be interesting to see if the resolution makes it out the Committee on the Judiciary. It was virtually ignored by the corporate establishment media. Chinese Soldiers Pass Around LIVE GRENADE In Military Training Exercise
Military training is an intense business, involving discipline, precision, and reserves of courage that can be called upon in the midst of battle. But for soldiers undergoing training in the People's Liberation Army of China that's taken to a whole different level -- as one of their exercises involves a life-and-death game of 'hot potato' with a live grenade. Incredible video footage shows Chinese troops stationed in Hong Kong passing around the live explosive from one soldier to the next until the last one finally throws it in the hole. The soldiers then leap out of the way before it explodes, covering their heads for protection. The clip shows them again doing the exercise, standing around a large hole. Each soldier deliberately takes the explosives in both hands and twists slightly at the torso before handing it off to the next soldier. The last soldier to hold the grenade must make sure it lands on the pond-side of the hole, a decidedly difficult task given the circumstances. All soldiers then leap to the ground as the C4 detonates, sending piles of dirt and dust into the air. The exercise is just one of many used by the PLA. As with militaries across the world, the PLA instil their soldiers with specialised skills and advanced training. The video shows the soldiers shooting flags that unfurl when shot, firing missiles and rifles, and leaping through flaming hoops.
