Darlington 1-0 Mansfield | FA Trophy Final Official Highlights

FATV exclusive highlights. Chris Senior headed home in the final seconds of extra-time to give Darlington their first FA Trophy success at Wembley. The Quakers looked like heading to penalties in their battle with Mansfield Town but substitute striker Senior was on hand to steal the silverware for the North-East outfit and send their travelling fans into delirium. Neither side could claim to have been vastly superior in a very competitive match, but Mark Cooper saw his side take the trophy for the first time thanks to a last minute winner. In normal time there was little to choose between the two sides, neither of whom had ever won the competition before, though both 'keepers had to be alert with the game so finely poised for so long. Chris Moore caused problems on the right wing for Darlington, often able to turn inside the full back and create space for a shot. Alan Marriott showed good handling on a number of occasions under pressure from Campbell and Wright. After half an hour the first real opening came the way of Darlington, Gary Smith weaved through the Mansfield defence cutting in from the right and shaping to shoot on his left foot only to be denied at the last moment. Darlington fans appealed for a penalty, but the Stuart Attwell waved away the claims. While Jamie Chandler patrolled the midfield with astute awareness, Louis Briscoe was a constant threat for Mansfield from wide areas and created much for his teammates, but he was guilty of a missed opportunity ...

Jayne Mansfield Interview (1960)

DVD: www.amazon.com thefilmarchive.org Jayne Mansfield (April 19, 1933 -- June 29, 1967) was an American actress working both on Broadway and in Hollywood. One of the leading blonde sex symbols of the 1950s, Mansfield starred in several popular Hollywood films that emphasized her platinum-blonde hair, hourglass figure and cleavage-revealing costumes. While Mansfield's film career was short-lived, she had several box office successes. She won the Theatre World Award, a Golden Globe and a Golden Laurel. As the demand for blonde bombshells declined in the 1960s, Mansfield was relegated to low-budget film melodramas and comedies, but remained a popular celebrity. In her later career she continued to attract large crowds in foreign countries and in lucrative and successful nightclub tours. Mansfield had been a Playboy Playmate of the Month and appeared in the magazine several additional times. She died in an automobile accident at age 34. Mansfield's first movie role was as a supporting role as Candy Price in, Female Jungle, a low-budget drama, filmed in just ten days. Mansfield was paid $150 for her performance. The film was released in January of 1955, by producer, Burt Kaiser. In early 1955, Jayne was noticed by Warner Brothers and signed to a six month contract; Warner wanted Jayne to be the studio's Marilyn Monroe because Monroe was widely popular and made millions of dollars for 20th Century Fox. She was signed by the studio after one of its talent scouts discovered her ...

At age 10, Fanny Price is sent by her destitute mother to live with her aunt and uncle, Sir Thomas and Lady Bertram. As a child she was often made to feel that she was the poor relation but by the time she reaches 18, and in the absence of her uncle who leaves on a business trip for an extended period, she begins to enjoy herself. When Henry Crawford and his sister Mary become neighbors to the Bertrams, opportunities abound. Edmond Bertram falls in love with Mary but she wants to marry a man with money, not someone destined to life as a clergyman. Meanwhile, Fanny's love for her cousin Edmond prevents her from accepting Mr. Crawford's proposal of marriage. ***I do not own any copyrights***

Mansfield Park: Edmund & Fanny - "All My Life"

This song was played at a wedding I attended recently and it immediately reminded me of Edmund & Fanny from Mansfield Park. You'll understand why at the very beginning of the video :) I started with my favorite scene from the movie and ended it with my 3 favorite lines from the movie :) This is my 1st MP mv and hope that you will enjoy it. I have yet to fully grasp/accept Billie Piper as the new Fanny. So for now, I have refrained myself from buying that particular dvd -- LOL! Sorry, but PBS will need to air the UNCUT version like 10x to win me over or until I get weak from refraining. NOTE: I love that Fanny has ink smeared on her fingers at Clip 0:51 - 0:59 . It shows that she was totally absorbing Edmund's words and not paying attention to her writing. I would most likely have done the same -- LOL! Sepia Tone: This is used for all scenes prior to Fanny meeting Edmund. When she finally meets him, her world lights up. Thus, switch from sepia to color. **NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED. WANTING TO PROMOTE MOVIE & SONG. PROPER CREDITS FOR ASSOCIATE PARTIES ARE NOTED IN THE VIDEO.** "All My Life" -- K-Ci & Jojo
