Pratigya goes to the police station to file a missing person's report on Samar. She questions the law which states that a missing person's report can be filed only after twenty four hours of disappearance of a person. She pleads with the police Inspector to help search for Samar. Two hoodlums take Samar to a mobster. Samar is frightened by the mobster. Menka eats in the kitchen while the rest of the family anxiously wait for news about Samar. One of the boys gives Samar food to eat and steals the gold chain from Samar's neck. Krishna goes in search of Samar. He shows Samar's photo to the people in the park and questions them. An ice cream vendor claims to have seen Samar with two stray kids who had bought ice cream for him from his shop.

Radhe blackmails Kesar after seeing her with Pratigya in the park. He demands a love affair with Kesar to keep her secret. Kesar tells Pratigya about Radhe's blackmail. Menaka almost catches Kesar talking to Pratigya over phone. Adarsh cancels the divorce and gets back together with Komal. Sajjan cooks for Pratigya to thank her for taking care of his family.

Krishna informs about his family planning to his family. Shakti throws a sweet potato to Sajjan to cook but infuriated Sajjan throws back to Shakti. Krishna sings a song for Pratigya and has a romantic time with her. Komal gets a bad dream misses Aadarsh. Pratigya vomits and family is excited sensing the good news. Krishna announces officially about Paratigya being pregnant. Pratigya asks to wait till doctor confirms about her pregnancy. Pratigya asks Sajjan about sending Kesar to mental hospital for the treatment. Krishna dreams about his unborn baby.

Shakti and Menaka throw Sajjan and his family out of the house. Sumitra condemns Shakti for getting Krishna arrested and deceiving his family for greed. Pratigya berates Menaka for ill treating Dadi. The Police Inspector taunts Krishna and refuses to let him contact Sajjan from the jail. Shakti and Menaka rejoice when Samar leaves the house with Pratigya. Sajjan is devastated by Shakti's deceit and vows retribution.

Menaka tells Shakti that Sajjan has decided to give the house to Krishna. Pratigya flirts with Krishna but he acts disinterested. Komal burns her hand and Adarsh tends to her wound. She tells him not to care for her as he is divorcing her soon. Shakti takes Menaka to a jewellery shop and gets angry when she flirts with the jeweller. The waiters in Krishna's restaurant go on strike when Krishna slaps a waiter for a small mistake and refuses to apologize.

Pratigya tells Dadi and Sajjan that Kesar is not healing because she has not been taking her medicines properly. Chandu tells Meera that Krishna loves Pratigya very much and will never betray her. Doctor suggests Pratigya to admit Kesar in their hospital for her recovery. Krishna asks Pratigya to meet him in a temple. Aarushi goes to Tanmay's office but, Tanmay gets angry when his colleagues praise her beauty. Meera follows Krishna to the temple and sees him talking with Pratigya.

Menaka questions Samar as he brags about knowing a big secret. Kesar is relieved when Shakti brushes off Samar's boast. Aarushi tells Shyam not to buy a house for Tanmay. Menaka and her mother panic when someone calls Shakti's house and asks for Chabeli Banaras. Krishna blackmails Menaka pretending to be her former customer. Pratigya and Kesar watch Menaka's turmoil. Menaka thinks that Radhe is her blackmailer.

Menaka complains to her mother that Pratigya is ruining her life in her in-law's house. Meanwhile, Pratigya returns from the school and asks Menaka if she had scolded Samar and unknowingly scared him into running away from home. Tanmay accuses Arushi of wanting to set up house alone, to carry on illicit affairs in his absence. Shakti complains to Sajjan that Pratigya is blaming Menaka for Samar's strange behaviour. Menaka sheds false tears and threatens to leave home. Meera leaves a love note for Krishna. Shakti comforts Menaka and assures her that he will make Pratigya apologize to her. Pratigya refuses to apologize.

Menaka gets astonished as Shakti's first wife, Kesar comes back. Menaka fumes at Shakti and decides to leave the house. Shakti convinces Menaka to stay in the house on the condition that he will not get closer to Kesar. Menaka asks Kesar to stay in the room in front of her room to keep an eye on her. Sajjan and his family enjoy food with the mango sauce which Samar had brought. When wind storm comes in the night, Kesar asks Shakti to bring Samar back home.

Sajjan and Dadi are worried about Pratigya. Krishna reassures them of her safety. Kesar tells Pratigya that Radhe is blackmailing Menaka. Pratigya tells her to charm Radhe to find out the truth about Menaka. Arushi objects when Shyam offers to spend his life savings to set up a house for Tanmay and her. On Pratigya's insistence, Kesar goes to Radhe's room at night and gets him drunk to get the truth out of him. Shakti knocks on Kesar's door while Pratigya is in the room with Samar.

Menaka's mother questions Kesar about the secret game Samar had talked about in the temple. Kesar lies to everyone. Shakti praises Kesar for insulting Sajjan. Menaka tells her mother that Kesar is her blackmailer. Pratigya overhears them plotting to take over Shakti's property. Krishna fails to gather proof against Menaka in Banaras. Pratigya tells Krishna about Menaka's plan to intoxicate Shakti and get his signature on the property papers.

Samar claims that Pratigya and Krishna are his most favourite family members. Sajjan, Dadi and Piyasia are pleased when Samar includes them in his list. Menaka gets angry when Samar omits her in the list. Tanmay apologizes to Aarushi and persuades her to talk to him. He gifts Aarushi a new saree. Pratigya is distracted from seeing the drawing of Menaka hitting Samar. Krishna professes his love for Pratigya while Menaka complains to Shakti that Pratigya is poisoning Samar's mind against her. Meera's love for Krishna increases. Pratigya is shocked to see Samar sleeping on the floor of Menaka's bedroom.

Tanmay talks to Aarushi about having a child. He tells her that they should go on a romantic trip but she ignores him. Krishna is enraged when Menaka and Shakti taunt Pratigya about the pregnancy. He threatens to harm Menaka if she dared to insult Pratigya ever again. Pratigya has an ice cream with Krishna and tries to calm him down after the altercation with his family.

Pratigya tells Samar not to reveal her identity to anyone. Menaka questions Samar.

Shakti is irate as Sajjan's employees refuse to work for him. Krishna thanks Shyam for helping his family in their time of need. Sajjan's family moves out of Shyam's house and settles down in a small house arranged by Krishna. Chinky is sad to depart from Samar. Shakti is insulted by a shopkeeper for throwing his family out of his house. Krishna is respected by everyone in the town. Radhe fuels Shakti's ire on Krishna.
