This makeup tutorial explains you how to imitate the look of a bjd short for ball jointed doll, dollfie doll, or asian doll as they are sometimes called. An Inspiration to create this makeup was a doll itself, that some nice people at Hyper Japan gave me to pose for a photo. Tadaaaaa! Now, Let's Start! Use moisturiser to create a base that makes your skin look smooth like porcelain. Press the moisturiser with lifting strokes into your skin. Be gentle with your skin, the facial skin is the most sensitive, so make sure your hands and face are clean so you don't transfer bacteria into your pores and avoid breakouts. When the cream is absorbed, apply a second layer. Wait until the second one is absorbed by your skin too, and apply the third and last layer. Applying more than one layer of moisturiser is more effective. This part is optional, but listen: Before we start applying any makeup, insert circle lenses. It's wrong inserting them after the makeup is done, as you risk that powder could come in touch with your lens, and you'd end up with a bad eye infection. Or, of course, your eye makeup and mascara would risk getting messed up. Use a pink or peach toned concealer, 1 shade lighter than your natural skin tone to create an even, and flawless base shade. Next use an all over foundation applied with a sponge - choose a foundation slightly lighter than your natural skin tone. Apply a blendible powder all over concentrating on the nose and chin area. Dust a bronzer all over the face with a large makeup brush to knock off any loose powder. Highlight the top of the cheek with a high lighting or glimmer powder. Apply a brown/pink blush to the cheekbone line and blend up towrds the temple. Apply a golden yellow, shimmer eyeshadow to the entire lid, right to the corner of the eye. Use a very light yellow shimmer eyeshadow just below the brow line. Aplly a warm brown eyeshadow along the lash line and in the crease of the eye with a eyeshadow brush. Line the top lid with a kohl black eyeliner as close to the eyelashes as possible. Line the inside rim of your eye with the same black kohl eyeliner and then underneath the lash line, all the way to the corner of the eye. Lightly smudge the top and bottom line with a eyeshadow sponge brush. Apply black mascara to the top and bottom lashes, concentrating on the outside corner lashes. Apply a plumbing lip gloss to the lips and then line them with a lip line that will match your lip stick. Fill in with a matching lip ...

Here is a 'Barely there/No makeup' makeup for you guys! Looking like a radiant natural beauty never goes out of style (even though you are actually really wearing makeup lol). Ofc being natural is wearing no makeup. This is just a tutorial on perfecting that flawless natural look WITH makeup. It's very popular trend with Korean actresses and through these methods- they appear fresh, youthful and radiant. They look like they aren't wearing much makeup but ofc they are! Looking fresh faced and natural is very popular in Asia. I used to wonder how do these women look so freaking flawless. It's all about smart high lighting and soft application of makeup. Instead of adding colour/mood into your face. It's simply enhancing features of your face. Of course you can say 'Why not just wear nothing on your face then? Surely that's natural!!' but not all of us can walk out and look flawless. So this look is really just correcting flaws so you should still look like yourself- just a bit more enhanced. I feel this look will cause a lot of controversy about ppl like to exaggerate and bend situations. I don't wear makeup everyday. This is simply the korean celeb inspired look. Take it or leave it. Yessie? =P Wearing this look makes me look more awake than full face makeup (eyeshadows, lipstick, gloss, etc) because some eyeshadows can make the eyes look yellow/dull. Note!
