Rugby Challenge is a Rugby video game, developed by Sidhe and published by Tru Blu Entertainment.[5] Rugby Challenge was released on 26 August 2011 in New Zealand for consoles and was released on 2 September for Australia and 8 September for South Africa. The release date for Jonah Lomu Rugby Challenge (rest of the world, excluding US/Canada) was 14 October. All NA versions except for PlayStation Vita were released 20 October, Tru Blu handled the PC and PS3 versions with Mad Catz handling the XBox 360 version. The PlayStation Vita version does not have a release yet. In game Commentary is provided by Grant Nisbett and Justin Marshall.[6]

Music: Green Day - Holiday Jonah Tali Lomu, MNZM (born 12 May 1975) is a New Zealand rugby union player. He had sixty-three caps as an All Black after debuting in 1994. He is generally regarded as the first true global superstar of rugby union. He has had a huge impact on the game.[1] He was inducted into the International Rugby Hall of Fame on 9 October 2007.[2] Lomu burst onto the international rugby scene during the 1994 Hong Kong Sevens tournament and was widely acknowledged to be the top player at the 1995 World Cup in South Africa even though New Zealand lost the championship game to the host Springboks. At one time Lomu was considered 'rugby union's biggest drawcard',[3] swelling attendances at any match where he appeared. He is officially the Rugby World Cup all-time top try scorer with 15 tries.[4] He has played for several provincial teams, in the Super Rugby and NPC competitions. These included the Blues, Chiefs and Hurricanes, and Counties Manukau, Wellington and later North Harbour. He made a comeback after undergoing a kidney transplant in 2004.

The dvd was handed out at his comeback game in 2005, where he scored a try vs the Martin Johnson Invitational XV. He unfortunately picked up a shoulder injury on that day, but it was a tremendous achievement just be out there to after all his body had been through. The clip goes all the way back to when Jonah was 14, with insight from former coaches and teachers as it goes through his progression from talented forward, to all conquering All Black wing. We get to see never before seen footage of Lomu in his early days on the Sevens circuit, Super 12 action with the Blues and Hurricanes, his meteoric rise at the 1995 World Cup, behind the scenes gym sessions, and a whole lot more. We highly recommended giving this a watch, so if there is one thing you do this weekend, make sure you find 15 minutes to sit down and watch it with a buddy, your old man, or even just on your own as it's thoroughly enjoyable and you'll get to see more of the great man in action than ever before.
