Netfront Life Screen Android Launcher
So I found this launcher by accident today. It's hands down the most unique launcher I've seen for Android. While it has its flaws, it definitely has some great potential. Choices, that's what Android is about. And it's great to finally see some real creativity and people thinking outside the box. It's a little buggy, and could be more smooth. Stilzkin Bridge Launcher
More pictures: www.flickr.com The Stilzkin EXT3 Bridge Launcher is used to deploy bridges to cross rivers, small chasms or similar obstructions. Placing the bridge takes less than a minute. Once the span has been put in place, the launcher detaches itself from the bridge, and moves aside to allow traffic to pass. Once all of the vehicles have moved over, it crosses the bridge itself and reattaches to the bridge on the other side. It then retracts the span ready to move off again. This model, inspired by real-world AVLBs (Armoured vehicle-launched bridge) was built for Lego's Technic challenge.

"Nerd Revenge 2000": Pump Action Pencil Launcher
A pencil can be very dangerous - when The Slingshot Channel builds a weapon around it! The "Nerd Revenge 2000" is a homemade pump action slingshot crossbow that can fire 10 razor sharp pencil in under five seconds. The "arrows" travel at an impressive 100 miles per hour, fast enough to go through a apple! The compact weapon (24" = 60cm) can also fire a "devilled" version if a pencil, with an achery field tip glued in. Then the once so harmless pencil is turned into a deadly projectile! The design was inspired by the Chinese Repeating Crossbow, but the awkward repeating action has been replaced by the far better "pump gun" method. This is probably the most fun slingshot ever demonstrated by The Slingshot Channel!

Fallout 3 All Unique Weapons - Miss Launcher
I found that funny Miss Launcher and wanted to test it right away outside. Its not that accurate, really !! The Miss Launcher is a unique Missile Launcher. It is comparable to a grenade launcher, as it has an arcing flight similar to the fat man. If used non-VATS it is excellent practice for the Fat Man, as you won't kill yourself with a badly placed shot most of the time. Its found in the lower level of Fort Independence behind a locked door (requires 75 lockpick). You can also pick up the key to the room. The key is in a foot locker by some of the beds in the same general level. The Miss Launcher is stronger than the standard missile launcher due to several Outcast modifications. Standard missiles fired from this weapon do not fly, instead the missile-tube itself has been converted to propel them pneumatically. In doing so both the missile's explosive warhead and unused solid rocket fuel are free to detonate together, increasing the missile's explosive damage potential by 30%. The damage bonus comes at the cost of range, Miss Launcher's drastically underpowered propulsion system will never be capable of hitting targets farther than 30 feet away, half the range possible with thrown grenades. Research Terminal reports in Fort Independence reveal that Outcast researcher JJ Browne attempted to modify the Miss Launcher to increase its accuracy. Scientific Tuesdays - Superman Hand Cannon (Tennis Launcher)
Taking the same basic idea behind a spud gun, we can make it smaller and more portable and launch tennis balls instead of vegetables. Check out JackThreads here: jackthreads.com More information: In order to pull this off you will need to find some strong tubing that will tightly hold a tennis ball. I used a defunct leaf blower tube. Place your tube into a strong base and form a seal using duct tape. Make sure to wrap the tape around several times to create a very strong seal, we do not want air escaping. The fuel we used was about a second worth of hair spray. Once the fuel is added you should shake the tube for 20 seconds and make sure everything inside is vaporized. To ignite the fuel source you can take apart a BBQ lighter and remove the piezoelectric igniter inside. While messing around with activity shortcuts on my phone I discovered an activity in the stock launcher called "Rocket Launcher" which looks pretty awesome. This is on my Nexus S running Koush's CyanogenMod 9 alpha 11 ROM but it *is* present in the stock ROM on the Galaxy Nexus. I used Launcher Pro to be able to place Activity shortcuts.
