Going back to the SMB Game Genie codes, I found a couple of rather interesting ones. IVYIVY causes most enemies to rocket towards the left side of the screen, while EPZKIX spawns an infinite amount of Koopas from the right side of the screen. Put these two codes together and you have an incredibly hard SMB game. Before you ask me about trying to combine this with the popular STAGEO code, note that IVYIVY is not compatable with it, and EPZKIX doesn't allow you to get past the first level. Too bad.
