Kollaboration is a 501(c)(3) Asian and Pacific Islander (API) organization founded in 2000 by Executive Director Paul "PK" Kim. Kollaboration has also established itself as a movement fueled by API professionals and students who volunteer their time and effort to celebrate the vast talents of their communities with the goal of helping API performers achieve success in mainstream entertainment. Since 2006, Kollaboration has grown into a national movement with shows selling out in 13 cities across the nation. With an Asian American population of over 200000 in the Greater Boston area, it was only a matter of time until Kollaboration debuted in the city of Boston to unite the Asian American community around its talents in the performing arts.
