Session 1 at a "track day" at a go-cart track outside Södertälje south of Stockholm, Sweden. The days are arranged by SMC (www.svmc.se) and open to everyone so people can work on their driving skills. No racing or stunts allowed. Passing only allowed on the straights in this group except for instructors (yellow vests) or to avoid incidents. A chilly first session on a wet track after the previous nigths rain. Cold tires made everyone take it a bit easy. Speeds ranged from approx. 20km/h at the entry to the hairpin to just above 100km/h at the end of the long straight. NB filmed using a CountourHD in 760p mode at 60fps. Camera attached to the right side of the helmet at eye level. Sound, what little there is, is directly from the camera. The carting track is 904 meters long and 8-10 m wide. The longest straight is 170 m.

The days are arranged by SMC (www.svmc.se) and open to everyone so people can work on their driving skills. No racing or stunts allowed. Passing only allowed on the straights in this group except for instructors (yellow vests) or to avoid incidents. There are usually four groups (green, yellow, blue and red) classed from "beginners" to "advanced" but I missed the yellow group. There are usually four sessions at 15 minutes for each group. As an exercise, blue ran all sessions using no breaks (unless necessary to avoid an incident). What kind of exercises the others had I don't know. NB filmed using a CountourHD in 760p mode at 60fps. Camera attached to the right side of the helmet at eye level. Sound, what little there is, is directly from the camera. You can get more sound from the camera but you need a computer and a special program to adjust the input level - which I didn't bring along. The thing occasionally appearing on the left edge of the video is the (open) visor on the helmet. The carting track is 904 meters long and 8-10 m wide. The longest straight is 160 m

Operation Kids Help Kids visit Ben & Matt & Jimmy Wayne on 102.5 KNIX
Max, 7, Steven, 6, Robert, 8, Ronnie, 8 and Celeste, 6 make up Operation Kids Help Kids. Operation Kids Help Kids: When five friends, ages 6-8, heard that the nation's largest school for Homeless children was in Phoenix, it ignited a passion to make a difference. They knew that they were just kids, but they really wanted to help other kids, so Operation Kids Help Kids was born. During December, they passed out fliers in their hometown of Fountain Hills, requesting donations to their Operation Kids Help Kids. They spent four hours collecting donations just prior to Christmas. The kids, their passion to make a difference, and the generosity of their community amassed $1400 in cash donations and three truckloads of clothing, toiletries, toys and food. They aren't ready to stop yet. They are working to provide backpacks with school supplies and other necessities to the students at Children First Academy this fall. Operation Kids Help Kids, where small hands provide a large hand up. Kids helping kids to have the basic needs. Jimmy Wayne, who is currently walking across the country to raise awareness for homeless children, called in to thank and congratulate these kids for their phenomenal efforts.
