KMGM - Engine Run Up from the Jump Seat of a CRJ-200 part 1
Here is a video I shot while I was sitting in the cockpit jump seat of a Pinnacle Airlines CRJ-200. This aircraft was down for maintinance due to engine trouble for 2 days. The MTC crew from Knoxville finally got it fixed this morning and part of the sign off is they have to do several high power "run ups" of the engines. To do this they taxi the aircraft to a test stand on the ramp away from activity and run the engines up to full power several times taking readings to sign off that the aircraft is ready for flight. Since the guys were not from Montgomery and are not cleared to be alone on our ramp(stupid rule seeing as they are clear in Knoxville, both Pinnacle Employees like me, and are qualified to taxi aircraft) so I "escorted them on this test. I was able to sit in the jump seat for this and it was a treat.

Was lucky enough to get to join the pilot's on this flight from Molde (ENML) to Oslo (ENGM), Norway. Pulled out my HTC Desire and filmed the landing. It's obviously not very good at quick matching of variating light, so out of the window, all you can see is really the skid marks and the centerline, so sorry about that.
