Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has honored Dr. Arun Budha of Team Hospital, Dadeldhura with this year's Prakash Human Rights Award. INSEC awarded the 29-year-old medical doctor amidst a program organized in Kathmandu on August 1 to mark 18th Prakash Memorial Day. INSEC bestowed him the award recognizing his service at the Team Hospital, which provides quality service in the state- ignored Far-western region, and his work of providing health service to locals in remote villages, who are deprived of basic right to health, by organizing necessary regular health camps at various districts.

Rebels, Radicals and Renegades: Juan Mann (Free Hugs Campaign)
A short video about a Sydney local who sparked a global campaign, the Free Hugs Campaign. He is the founder of this movement for giving away an act of kindness for FREE! His name is Juan Mann and this is his story. Started out as an act of fun then made to a video by the Sick Puppies and finally influenced the whole world to join in on the random act of kindness. Even to this day, Juan still goes out every thursday at Pitt St Mall from 12 noon to give free hugs to people walking by. SO JOIN IN ON THE MOVEMENT, pick your spot, write "FREE HUGS" on a piece of cardboard and dedicate a little bit of your time to give another person a hug.
