Condena a los padres de los menores que acosaron a Jokin
San Sebastián, 11 feb (EFE).- Los padres de siete de los ocho menores que acosaron a Jokin CL, el joven que se suicidó en Hondarribia (Guipúzcoa) en 2004 tras haber sido víctima de golpes y vejaciones por parte de algunos de sus compañeros, han sido condenados a indemnizar económicamente a la familia del fallecido. En una sentencia hecha pública hoy, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia del País Vasco (TSJPV) condena a los padres de los agresores a indemnizar a la familia de Jokin con 10.000 euros "por cada uno de los menores implicados", como compensación por el "daño moral" que causaron al joven fallecido.

Futuran toiset koulukisat
Ensimmäiset koulukisamme menivät todella huonosti ja nyt tapahtui huomattava parannus, vaikka Futura olikin osan radasta niin jännittynyt, että teiden ratsastaminen oli vaikeaa (ei mennyt kulmiin, kiemurteli, laukkaili raviosuuksilla, pelkäsi tuomareita, jne) Saimme tulokseksi 45%, joten suoritus jäi hylätyksi. Kuitenkin paransimme melkein 10% edellisestä suorituksestamme, joka oli siis täysin kaoottinen. Olin itse todella tyytyväinen suoritukseemme. Futura todella ylitti itsensä. Oli hienoa, että se oli kuitenkin osan radasta rento ja hyvin avuilla, vaikka suurimmaksi osaksi tuo aika kiemurteluksi menikin. Kisoissa olimme Kumralla, joka oli tosi miellyttävä kisapaikka ja Futurakin oli siellä ihmeen rauhallinen. Tuomareiltakin tuli melko positiivista palautetta ja Futuraa kehuttiin yritteliääksi ja rehelliseksi hevoseksi, joka ei ole vielä valmis koulukisoihin, mutta liikkuu mukavasti ollessaan muodossa (kahden tuomarin kommentit yhdistettynä vapaasti omin sanoin :D) Videossa nyt siis sekä hyviä, -että huonoja pätkiä radalta ja jokin pätkä verkastakin. En laittanut koko rataa, vaan pätkät ovat sieltä täältä, mutta suurin piirtein järjestyksessä. :)
