Additional producers include Kosmond Russell, Ian Foxx and James V. Burks. In this scene, Marvin (William L. Johnson) and Tammi Terrell (Ashley Ta'mar Davis), at the insistence of in-house producer Harvey Fuqua (Darron Johson) perform together for the first time singing a tune written by Motown's latest young songwriters-- Nick Ashford (Robert Doqui Jr.) and Valerie Simpson (LaTamarra Smith). The incredible band you hear backing them up as The Funk Bros. are Scott "Bugs" Allen (Muiscal Director/bass), Keith "Beetle" Price (drums), and Earl Harris (guitar).
