The full recipe is on my website: www.maangchi.com Music is Los Cafres - Sueña por el Hoy How to make "doenjangbangah," a Korean dipping sauce for raw fish. Ingredients: Soybean paste, hot pepper paste, vinegar, garlic, green onions, sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds, honey (or sugar) Directions: Mix these ingredients on a bowl with a spoon: • 1/4 cup soybean paste, • 1tbs hot pepper paste, • 1 ts of honey (or sugar), • 1-2 ts vinegar, • 2 cloves of minced garlic, • 2 stalks of chopped green onions, • 1 tbs of sesame oil, *tip: If you want some vegetables to wrap the fish in, prepare lettuce, perilla leaves, and green chili pepper. Put a piece of raw fish into the lettuce or perilla leaf, add some dipping sauce and a green chili pepper, wrap it and eat.

Main Ingredients 1 Cup Cooked Chicken Breast, ⅓ Cup Carrot, ⅓ Cup Cucumber, ⅓ Cup Red Cabbage, ⅓ Cup Leaf Lettuce, ⅓ Cup Asian Pear, or Apple, ⅓ Cup Yellow Sweet Pepper Sauce Ingredients ½ Tbsp Korean Mustard Paste, 2 Tbsp Honey, 1 Tbsp Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Garlic, ⅛ tsp Salt Yield: 4 Servings Special Music "Aeriskitchen" by "Seok-woo Yoon"

Korean spicy seafood noodle soup (jjampong)

A popular Korean soup with all kinds of ingredients mixed in. Full recipe is at www.maangchi.com Hot spicy jjamppong (1 serving) Ingredients Noodles for jjamppong, as well as... for stock: 10 dried anchovies, 3 shiitake mushrooms, a handful of dried kelp (1/3 cup), half a medium size onion meat and seafood: ¼ cup of pork, 3 large shrimp, 4 mussels, a few pieces of squid vegetables and seasoning: garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, hot pepper flakes, ground black pepper, onion, carrot, green onions, leeks, white mushrooms, bamboo shoots. Let's start! First step: make stock 1. Pour 7 cups of water into a pot. Add 10 large dried anchovies (after removing heads and guts), a handful of dried kelp, half a medium sized onion, and 3 dried shiitake mushrooms. 2. Boil it for 10 minutes over high heat. Then lower the heat to low-medium and boil for 30 minutes more. Then set it aside Second step: make mixture of hot pepper flakes and vegetable oil 1. In a small bowl, mix 1½ tbs of hot pepper flakes and 1 tbs of vegetable oil. *tip: The reason we make this mixture is to prevent the hot pepper flakes from floating in the soup when it boils. You can add or decrease the amount of hot pepper flakes and vegetable oil according to your taste Third step: prepare seafood and meat 1. 전복죽 Jeonbokjuk (My Korean recipe)

Jeonbokjuk is a recipe to enjoy and pamper the soul and is also a good start to know the flavors of Korean cuisine. Ingredients For 2-3 servings. Prep time: 50 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes 1 cup of rice 1 cup of abalone. 2 tbs sesame oil. 1 ts salt. 1 tbs fish sauce. 2 cloves of garlic 2 green onions. (1 / 4 cup) ¼ cup of chopped carrot. 2 liters of water. 1 sheet of roasted laver 1.Cut the carrot into brunoise (small cubes). 2.Now cut the green onions into small pieces 3.Mince 2 cloves of garlic finely 4.Heat a pot over medium high heat y add 2 tbs sesame oil. 5.Add the minced garlic and stir it for 20 seconds. 8.Add abalone, half the green onions, carrots and move for 30 seconds. 9.Add the soaked rice. stirring for a few minutes until the grains of rice look translucent. 10.Add the water and lower the heat to low heat. 11.Add Salt, and carefully remove 12.Close the lid and cook it for about 30 minutes. 13.Open the lid, remove impurities and move. 14.10 minutes after, opening the lid turn off the heat and add the fish sauce. And is almost ready to eat, served on a bowl. 15.Roast a sheet of laver. 16.To server the porridge sprinkle chopped green onion over the top. 17.Cut the laver with scissors and put it with grace in the bowl.
