Ron Johnson is resigning from the tech juggernaut to become the CEO of department store chain JCPenney. If you're not familiar with Johnson -- CNBC's Jim Cramer lays out his credentials. CRAMER: "The average Apple Store is estimated to sell about $27 milllion in products a year.
