Satellite imagery, elevation models and robust GIS mapping methods are utilized to create a vegetation model, terrain model and ground clutter (3D buildings). Of all available audio tracks, only two are used, La Guardia Tower and New York TRACON Departure controller position. Tapan Sinha scored the music in the film. This story line portrays the period of seventies in Kolkata. The situation of the city was very tense. At the same time the director portrays another life of an old lady lived in a village. One day a stranger came to her house and introduced himself as a distant relative and convinced her to go with him and live with him. The lady agreed, came to Calcutta and started living with the man, Arun and his wife Latika. Soon she realized that they had brought her only for the job of baby sitter. So she demanded a salary. The area where Arun stayed, was infested with young groups. There were two opponent teams - Rabi's and Chheno's. That old lady came to know about the crisis of the middleclasses. She left Arun's house very soon and started living with two orphan siblings in a deserted house. She gave them shelter and food. She finally was a victim of the fighting between those two groups. Jan Svankmajer - Meat Love (1989)
Jan Švankmajer (born 4 September 1934 in Prague) is a Czech surrealist artist. His work spans several media. He is known for his surreal animations and features, which have greatly influenced other artists such as Tim Burton, Terry Gilliam, The Brothers Quay and many others. Švankmajer has gained a reputation over several decades for his distinctive use of stop-motion technique, and his ability to make surreal, nightmarish and yet somehow funny pictures. He is still making films in Prague at the time of writing. Švankmajer's trademarks include very exaggerated sounds, often creating a very strange effect in all eating scenes. He often uses very sped-up sequences when people walk and interact. His movies often involve inanimate objects coming alive and being brought to life through stop-motion. Food is a favourite subject and medium. Stop-motion features in most of his work, though his feature films also include live action to varying degrees. A lot of his movies, like the short film Down to the Cellar, are made from a child's perspective, while at the same time often having a truly disturbing and even aggressive nature. Somewhere in a plush South Bombay night club a young 22 year old over doses on drugs. Somewhere else a drunken 20 year old runs over sleeping street dwellers. Somewhere else a small group of 18 year olds get into a rabid fight after a rock concert - the rich in the city are getting richer by the day - their crimes are getting more random & more uncontrollable - the cops in the city are not able to deal with it - they cannot relate to the rich youth - they cannot understand their problems & they cannot help them in any possible way. Not only can they not understand or relate to them but they are also unable to investigate these crimes thanks to the clout and connections the rich criminals have. And this leads to immense frustration in the police force. Senior Inspector Damodar Deshmukh is one such frustrated, honest cop who is unable to deal with the aggravation of having unsolved cases which remain unsolved because of the various obstructions that the rich are able to put in the path of his investigations.
