The bill HR 645 was passed by the government. It allows the government to set up National Emergency Centers at military centers near larger metropolitan centers. While these camps are said to be there to provide temporary shelter in case of emergencies. The bill does state that the Secretary of Defense can use them as he wishes for other necessities. The exact wording of the bill is very vague. With what has happened in Greece, Iceland, and London, (as we as laws passed such as Rex 84) it is not hard to imagine what other uses such a camp could serve. I did not make this video. I am re-posting it for educational reasons.
