Chicken Egg Hatches In Incubator (Realtime)
This was a school project and the egg hatched while the camera was rolling! This particular bird is still happily pecking away at one of the school kids' houses, along with a number of other class project chickens. DUCKLING HATCHING
I hatch ducklings all year round, they are Aylesbury ducks,bred for egg laying and for the table. they are free range on the farm. Once hatched the ducklings will rest for an hour or so as it is exhausted from all the hard work. I only want female ducks for egg laying and sell the males,the males make better pets if you have neighbours as they don't make a lot of noise.. I have been lucky enough to sell my excess male ducks as pets so far!! They live on a Free Range Egg Farm and all the Hens and ducks are treated with kindness, pls do not put comments on my videos with your personal views about eating meat. As I do not come on here all the time, any comments that are put on here to cause any upset to anyone whether Vegetarian or meat eater will be removed, This video is purely for the beauty of mother nature. thanks to everone who views this and your nice comments..Sue

Giant Pacific Octopus Hatch Sept 2010
Select 720p for HD! A giant pacific octopus mother who lived just across from downtown Seattle had her hatch right under the noses of local divers. Her den was sequestered in Cove Two in West Seattle, in a location that spared her from predators and over-visitation by humans. On September 4 (aka early, early on September 5), 2010, the eggs began hatching. It's a time of mixed emotion; joy at the hatch, and sadness at the knowledge that this event means the mother's life will end. The hatch lasted a full week, after which the mother died. Spoiler alert: Best footage comes starting at 3:24. Enjoy!

This is a short (6:16) video I took of a loggerhead sea turtle nest hatching at Carolina Beach, NC on August 18, 2007. This was the 2nd nest to hatch on CB this summer. This nest bore 130 live hatchlings. I used an infrared light to assist with the night video taping.

Hatching of a Mojave Desert Tortoise
Visit the USGS Multimedia Gallery (gallery.usgs.gov for this video and others. This four minute short movie depicts the hatching of a Mojave Desert Tortoise. This is the continuation of a sixty million year process for this threatened species. One of the surprising moments in the movie is when the hatchling tumbles from its shell and is propped up by its yolk. This is an evolutionary adaptation where the young absorb the yolk over several hours and they then use that nutrition to sustain themselves during the first few months of their lives. This is an especially handy adaptation as the young tortoises hatch in late summer when temperatures can exceed 110 degrees making the search for food especially difficult. The images shown here are part of a larger movie expected to be released by the USGS in November, 2009. That program will depict the USGS research program on the Desert Tortoise and the role of that research in managing desert environments to allow the species to recover and escape the threat of extinction. This movie was produced by the USGS Western Ecological Research Center and USGS Western Region Office of Communications in cooperation with the Las Vegas based Desert Tortoise Conservation Center, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Nevada Department of Wildlife and the San Diego Zoo.

How to do it: One parent has to be international, from another country, and the other parent from your own game or different nationality to the other Pokemon. International means foreign, like Japanese, Spanish, French, German, and so on, assuming whoever's watching this video's game is English. English is both the Americas and the UK. Example: If you are using a US game, catch a Pokemon from your own game and breed it with say a Japanese Pokemon, and vice versa. You can apparently use Pokemon not from the GTS, they just have to be international. So if you have a friend with, say, a Japanese Platinum, get them to do you a favor and trade you a Japanese Pokemon of your choice, like a Japanese Ditto to breed with any of your own English Pokemon. WARNING: Meister the Hiker on Route 226 trades you a German Magikarp for a normal Finneon. HIS WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE THE CODE FOR THE MAGIKARP IS GENERATED ON YOUR GAME.
