Relic hunting on a World War 2 Gunnery range with a metal detector
A short video showing me digging up some finds during a trip to an old WW2 gunnery range in the UK. The area is on the coast so the digging is easy as all finds are in sand. They are also about 8 - 12 inches down so any basic metal detector will find them for you !

Part 1 of 3: Another Nutnfancy "Run N Gun" video series showing TacticalDoodle, InadvertentSmell, and me in some tactical shooting scenarios in which we test several guns. Ranges were a little more extended on these engagements: up to 118 yards with the pistol and AR-15 .22 after running. Guns shot in this segment include Sig P226LR, S&W M&P9, Taurus PT1911 AL, Browning Buckmark, Remington 870 Police, Wincester 1300 Defender, and Bushmaster XM15 with CMMG .22 conversion. These vids are about our fun but realistic training and showing some of the Nutnfancy gear testing process. In doing so we shoot and shoot a lot. Admittedly there are better tactical shooters out there but we have more than enough competency for the testing process and for the gear tips imparted (and these videos prove it). Occassionallly an armchair elitist (AE), fresh from the forums, will deride our shooting and try to get a leg up on us with elitist, myopic commentary that promotes indoctrinated group think. Few if any of these critics have any videos to prove their expertise and knowledge in the items shown and internet babble is cheap. And trying to be "tactical superstuds" is not the point of the videos: it's entertainment and education for my subscribers, showing the process of gear and gun reviews, maybe some cool scenery, giving some shooting tips and affordable training ideas, and of course having some fun times with friends and family. No disrespect, I know Star-wars has its "Following". However i think some take it too serious. It was made for the Star Wars geeks....More so intended for children as i said and should be looked at as nothing less. I wanna state again no disrespect to those fans....I just couldn't think of a better way to word that. lol Again, it is a Star Wars spin-off, but i'd probaly but this in the genre of the classic Jim Henson films.

If you have a really short attention span, then good luck. Yes, I edited out the league points, because they took up too much time. If I left them in, the video would have been slightly over 10 minutes, meaning I'd have to cut the video into 2 videos, which is sloppy. NOTE - Too many people are asking me this question, so I'll just post the info in the video description. The question is "Are cannon balls lost from the ship when you throw them out?" and the answer is NO. In the official game documentation on YPPedia it states, "If the Gunner doesn't want a piece he can toss it overboard by pointing it out one of the cannon hatches. Cannon balls sent overboard are NOT lost from the hold." The link for the documentation on Gunnery is yppedia.puzzlepirates.com and the quote came from the section called "Out the Hatch!" These documents are OFFICIAL meaning no player can edit them on YPPedia, only authorized people can edit them, so it is a proven fact that cannon balls are not lost when thrown out. I have also confirmed myself they are not lost by looking at the cannon ball amount before gunning, filling four cannons, looking at the hold again, and the cannon ball number only decreased by four, which is what should happen, because every time a cannon is successfully loaded it takes a ball away from the hold. PS - If you think any of this is sped up, you're mental. :P

Go play a real simulator. Admittedly, my LOMAC skills are not the best, but it's good fun messing around with such complicated controls, and having to manage your energy in a dogfight. As you guys can tell, I was having a bit of a difficult time maintaining proper forward energy, and was continuously being caught in high AoA situations from pulling too hard on the stick and not allowing my plane time and proper form to get it's kinetic energy back. Basically my dogfights are really sloppy lol.

Fighter Tactics #10 - "Deflection Gunnery"
The audio track and narration works properly. If you have problems where you can't hear the narration at all, its your computer. If you think the music is as loud as the narration (they are similar in volume), turn up your master volume (different profiles in your sound card, such as "headphones" or "Desktop Speakers", can help as well). I have verified that the audio plays properly on a dozen machines all independent of each other, and in both WinXP 32 and Win7 64. It even works properly on a Droid smartphone. It works. I promise. Google "youtube sound problems", maybe do a codec pack reinstall, Flash 10 wipe/reinstall, clear browser cache, change Flash 10 settings, etc. The problem is not mine. Audio is by Amrik ("Gypsy Cafe") and video is 1080p.
