The government is systematically depriving Indian Malaysians of their citizenship by categorising them as foreigners, PKR vice-president N Surendran claims. There are many examples of how Facebook lied to their users. Now the FTC settlement was a joke. Facebook promised not to misrepresent privacy policies and submit to privacy audits over the next 20 years. Which doesn't really matter for its user's content which was already shared with the world. Talking Points Memo reports that Facebook has started to ask certain users to upload photos of their government issue ID cards. It's all to test a new program which would verify new accounts and they promise to delete they will permanently delete the ID information once the account has been verified. But it seems like just another promise.

Obamacare, Gov't Insurance Exchanges, & The Coming Price Explosion
One of the features of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the health-care reform bill colloquially known as Obamacare, is the creation of insurance exchanges that will offer heavily subsidized policies and coverage for people who cannot get insurance through their employers. In projecting the program's costs, the Congressional Budget Office figures that about 7 percent of the workforce currently covered by employer-provided insurance will drop those policies and sign up for the subsidized insurance. That estimate - and hence, the cost structure of the program - has been challenged by sources such as McKinsey & Company, the consulting firm, which reckons a far higher percentage of workers will opt out of their current job-based plans. In a survey of employers released in June, McKinsey found that 30 percent will "definitely or probably" drop their coverage as Obamacare kicks into high gear in 2014. Among "employers with a high awareness of reform, this proportion rises to more than 50 percent," says the report. Why? It will be cheaper to pay fines than to provide coverage. If those estimates are accurate, the cost savings ObamaCare supporters tout are a pipe dream. Verlin has built a successful business because he offers low-cost funerals while providing high-quality service. His business is also one of the only funeral homes that benefits low-income families who cannot afford the high prices of the big funeral-home companies. Verlin wants to expand his business, hire new employees and continue to offer the lowest prices in the Twin Cities, but Minnesota refuses to let Verlin build a second funeral home unless he builds a $30000 embalming room that he will never use. Minnesota's law is irrational. Embalming is never required just because someone passes away and the state does not even require funeral homes to do their own embalming. In fact, it is perfectly legal to outsource embalming to a third-party embalmer. Minnesota's largest funeral chain has 17 locations with 17 embalming rooms, but actually uses only one of those rooms. Why is Minnesota forcing Verlin to waste $30000 on a useless embalming room as a condition of expanding his thriving business? So that the big, full-amenity funeral-home businesses can benefit from a law that drives up prices for consumers and operating expenses for competitors such as Verlin. Verlin's basic services fee is only $250, which is about 90 percent lower than the $2500 that the average Twin Cities' funeral home charges. "We believe the birth records released by Barack Obama on April 27th, the so called long form birth certificate, is fraudulent," Corsi told radio host Bill Cunningham. According to The Birther Report, the Clear Channel radio station on which Corsi appeared, 700 WLW later scrubbed the interview from their audio archives, a claim that was also carried by World Net Daily.
