If you're just getting into fitness, or even if you're been a fitness junkie for a while...it's going to be important to know about these mistakes so that you can avoid them. Don't sweat it, its not your fault. Everybody including myself had made these fitness mistakes, the key is to realize it early and avoid them so you can start seeing the results on your body. Mistake #1: DON'T FALL FOR FOODS THAT ARE MARKETED AS HEALTHY. Food companies have caught on to the trend of healthy eating and are trying to market/label their food products as healthy when they really are not. Do not get fooled. Anything out of fast food restaurants are still bad for you. Even if its labeled as "healthy" it still made with processed meats and other processed stuff. Chips, cookies, breads, etc... disregard if they are ;0 trans fat.... made with whole wheat grains.... no sugar added..... organic.....they are still no good. Eat whole foods proteins and natural carbs like rice, and potatoes. Mistake #2 DON'T REST SO LONG DURING YOUR EXERCISE. Most people rest 2-3 min b/t their exercise like they have all the time in the world! They do things like: - take their time as they walk to the water fountain, - change the music on their ipod ...

When Laura Dziak first started CrossFit, she was mildly concerned about bulking up. What preoccupied her more, however, was doing a workout as RX'd. Today, she's gained a total of 15 lb. of muscle but is still a Size 0. As a member of CrossFit Reston in Virginia, the former model ditched her old image for a new one. "I would not say that being muscular or being fit was encouraged as a model," Dziak says. "It was all about being skinny, being a Size 0, double 0. That whole skinny-fat thing that exists where a girl is a Size 0 but she's got no tone on her was completely acceptable." Not only has her body changed "for the better" since starting CrossFit, but Dziak also competed for the first time last year. In the end, she didn't make the box's team, which finished 23rd at last year's Games, but she was an alternate. I harp on your folks about how important goal setting is and Its just as important for me as it is for you! For example, I can tell you firsthand from doing triathlons about how important hydration is, whether cardio burns muscle, and how far the body can be pushed. *****OPEN ME PLUUUUEASE***** So finally my workout routine is out, hope it helps you guys out, I mainly focus on my butt, thighs and stomach since that is where I gain most of my weight. When I finish with the Brazilian butt lift dvd in 6 weeks , ill have an updated video and photos to show! I forgot to add one other exercise, the stairmaster, which I do about 10 to 15 mins. This is my current workout but will change up every 4 weeks to confused the muscles in order for it to keep building.
