I think the video is basically just funny, but I was trying to shed a little light on how absurd the inequality is in this country. ie: the poor are grappling for table scraps (literally here) just to be first in line to pay the rich (Walmart and it's shareholders). It's definitely not intended as a dig on occupy movement or on the poor. But looks like a few racist winguts are using this video and it's title as some sort of exemplar to rally against both the poor and the "99 percent". Whatever. (All racist comments will get reported and eventually deleted anyway.) The only reason the majority are black here is that this is Walmart Oakland, a mostly black community. Believe me white people were moshing the hell out of Walmarts in Iowa and Idaho, they just didn't have me on hand to film it. -;) Enjoy the vid!

Superman vs Hulk - The Fight (Part 2)
This is the second part to my ongoing animation project, a tribute project to Superman and The Incredible Hulk. As you'll notice, the models and overall look has evolved and will continue to do so in future sequences. I'm already working on a new look for the Hulk on the next one. I got professional help this time in the music and sound design department, provided by the talented Francois Gratecap, which has made the whole project that much better. So my thanks to him. Disclaimer : This is not affilliated with Marvel or DC and is just my interpretation on how a fight between these two fictional characters could potentially go down. I'm not basing it on any previous materials such as the comics in which they appear. In this, their powers are not infinite as may have been depicted before. Also, I consider this a work in progress experiment, I'm learning animation as I go so this is far from a polished and finished piece. I welcome all comments but please keep that in mind when commenting. About the project specs : Created on an Intel i7-990X hex core 24 GB RAM, and and i7-920 quad core 12 GB RAM. It took about eight months to do the animation. The models and character puppets have been a work in progress for years prior though. Autodesk Maya is used for the all 3d modeling, animation, hair and cloth simulation. Z brush is used a bit for additional high detail model sculpting of the characters. None of the cast went to waste. - The software used was photoshop and after effects. - The film took me 3 months to do. - Although it seems like stop motion, most of it was stop motion created within After effects, using keyframe animation. I am basically moving the food around within the the program, frame by frame, which is the same as traditional stop motion, only it's digital.

Fight erupts in Ukrainian parliament over language bil
A violent scuffle has erupted in Ukraine's parliament over a bill that would allow the use of the Russian language in courts, hospitals and other institutions in the Russian-speaking regions of the country. The fight broke out Thursday evening between members of the pro-Western opposition who want to take Ukraine out of Russia's shadow and lawmakers from President Viktor Yanukovych's party, which bases its support in Ukraine's Russian-speaking east. At least one legislator, opposition lawmaker Mykola Petruk, suffered an apparent blow to the head and was taken to the hospital with blood streaming down his face. The opposition demanded an investigation. Ukraine is deeply divided into the Russian-speaking east and south, which favors close ties with Moscow, and the Ukrainian-speaking west, which wants Ukraine to join the Western club.
