TV series about a wealthy mystery-man who runs a detective agency via a speaker-phone and his personal assistant, Bosley. His detectives are three beautiful women, who end up in a variety of difficult situations. The cast changed substantially over the life of this show, as actresses left for various movie, TV, and modeling deals.For those of you not around for it's original run, Charlie's Angels was not just a hit TV show, it was a phenomenon. Every magazine and rag magazine had a picture of "The Angels" on their covers. Incredibly popular, it all came down to Farrah and her 70's fly away hair, her dazzling toothy smile, her skateboarding pose wearing Addia's, her shampoo, her toothpaste, THE bathing suit poster of the century, and then she was gone. Exiting after only one season Charlie's Angels never was the same again. Bolstered by Jill's kid sister, Kris (Cheryl Ladd) and then others, Charlie's Angels never again climbed to the heights of sheer madness of its first season. Owing its popularity to episodes such as "Angels in Chains" and "Angels on Wheels," it fulfilled many a preadolescence male's fantasy and "Jiggle TV" was born. It may be a period piece today but it was a product of the fun, wacky 1970's that gave it birth. This video is not mine and it's rights are the sole property of its owners.

He said that as of now there are four fundamental forces in the universe, but his team conceptualised that there must be an anti-gravitation fifth fundamental force in the Universe. Rajiv ji had developed mathematical foundation for the research, and had verified his principles with experiments too. But the news leaked to German scientists and they threatened to buy out Indian politicians and get the patent for the research in their name. As the research had potential to greatly enhance the missile technology, and given the threat that it could go into the hands of western predatory powers, he decided to stop the project mid-way. If we had developed it, it would have been one of the greatest works of satellite technology.

A Blood Pledge
Late one evening, in a Catholic high school chapel, four students make a pact to kill themselves that night. The girls sign the pact with their own blood and pledge that if anyone survives, she will be haunted for the rest of her life. The evening takes an unexpected turn as only one of the four students, Eon-ju, actually commits suicide by jumping to her death. The next day, rumors fly around the school regarding the reasons why Eon-ju killed herself. The remaining three girls keep to themselves as they are haunted by their pledge; a dreadful force begins tormenting them, determined to make them keep their promise. Soon enough, the school is covered in blood.

Originally called the "The Versatiles," they decided to change their 50s-sounding name to "hip up" the image of the group. Their first solid hit was "Up, Up and Away" and, sure enough, their career followed suit, skyrocketing with #1 hits like "Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In." Marilyn fronted most of their bestsellers ("One Less Bell to Answer," "Wedding Bell Blues" and "Love, Lines, Angles & Rhymes." This musical variety was put together in 1971 at the height of their popularity, and I must say I was looking forward to renting it simply to savor my nostalgic taste buds. I was roundly and soundly disappointed. Bland, haphazardly put together and ill-conceived from the get-go, instead of focusing on their unique vocal talents, they instead go for silly, sugary, poorly choreographed concept pieces and overly contrived "vanilla" songs that are not even associated with them. The group is best known for their distinctive harmonies and blends. What they emphatically show here is that they are not even close to being dancers or entertainers, and that they are not particularly comfortable and animated in front of a camera lens. This show does not do them justice AT ALL! Sorry to hear that Ron Townson, the hefty tenor of the group, recently died of kidney failure.
