Let the latest Brett Favre circus begin. According to ESPN, a source close to the polarizing future hall of famer says Favre would listen if the Chicago Bears gave him a call. The Bears who lost starting QB Jay Cutler to a likely season-ending thumb injury now have their playoff hopes riding on interception prone Caleb Hanie who is 0-2 as a starter this season. Bears coach Lovie Smith claims the team has no plans to add a new quarterback. The 42-year old Favre has now retired 3 times only to return to action twice, and he may be just what the ailing Bears need, assuming Chicago fans could stomach Favre in a Bear uniform. If nothing else, speculation about Favre finally gives NFL pundits something to talk about besides Tim Tebow.

According to the suit, masseuse Christina Scavo was introduced to the Jets by colleague Shannon O'Toole. Organizer Lisa Ripi oversaw the therapists, who were all young and attractive. During training camp, Christina Scavo and another female therapist worked on Brett Favre and other players. Later that day, Favre texted Scavo's colleague and proposed that she and Scavo meet up for a threesome. Scavo told her husband about the messages. Mr Scavo told Favre to back off and apologize. Favre "responded in an inappropriate manner." After Mr Scavo's phone call, Christina Scavo and Shannon O'Toole were never again asked to provide massage therapy to the Jets. Two years later, after allegations of misconduct emerged, Ripi allegedly acknowledged Favre' bad behavior but said the therapists should have settled the matter internally.
