BBC mistakes cab driver for IT-expert
A computer expert has described his astonishment at seeing the BBC's 24-hour news channel interview a taxi driver - in the mistaken belief it was him. Guy Kewney - a white, bearded technology expert - was astonished to see himself appear on screen as a black man with an apparent French accent. He was even more shocked to see himself unable to answer basic questions about the legal battle between the Beatles' Apple Corps and Apple Computer over the use of an apple symbol. Mr Kewney, an IT journalist and founder of newswireless.net, watched as the cabbie, who has not been named, gamely attempted to answer questions fired at him by BBC consumer affairs correspondent Karen Bowerman. The man, who had been waiting for his fare in the reception of Television Centre, found himself being ushered into a studio and fitted with a microphone after raising his hand when a producer called out the name Guy Kewney. On his website, the real Mr Kewney, said that the man "seemed as baffled as I felt" when asked about the consequences of the lawsuit live on BBC News 24. It is unclear why the driver identified himself when Mr Kewney's named was called but it is thought he had been waiting to pick the computer expert up. Only when Ms Bowerman announced live on air the name and title of the man who should have been there and asked the first question did the driver realise there had been a mix-up. A BBC spokeswoman said: "Unfortunately we did make a mistake and the wrong person was interviewed ...

Ah, the bar scene. No action movie would be complete without one. Here you get to see Jeff Speakman beat up a few unsavory drunks. This scene still doesn't break the dreary tedium of the rest of the movie, even though you get a tiny bit of leg in the beginning. After learning about the clemency from the death penalty of his sister's killer Martin Kagan (Michael Shaner,) John Lomax (Jeff Speakman) considers his options, and calls his old Army friend, Snake (Jim Varney.) Referenced here by Captain Jackson (William Barry Scott) is real-life serial killer Richard Speck, who was sentenced to die, but was commuted to several consecutive life sentences. His parole was reviewed four times, but was denied every time. He died in jail of old age. After experiencing Bobby Lee Hazen's clemency review and suprise visit by the Hazen clan, Lomax feels that he shouldn't have to relive his sister's death, like the families of Speck's victims when they attended the parole board meetings. As they were finding more victims linked to Kagan, Lomax feels that someday, Kagan would go free, as the killer would use those crimes to press his insanity case.

Bosses Kaler Andrenos - Run out of line of sight when he casts his big AOE. Don't rely on the ice pillar he casts; use the cave as shown in the video. Don't stand in the bad stuff and run away from whoever gets the whirlpool debuff. Icetalon - When the Falconer gets low, blow all cooldowns and burn him down before Icetalon activates. Once you get things settled, it's easy. Have your ranged DPS stand on a cliff and outrange most of his abilities. The tank will get hit hard, but not much else happens. Majolic the Bloodwalker - Run 2 healers here. Cleanse the dot and destroy crystals ASAP. Harder than it sounds. Renthar - Quickly heal whoever gets charged, because the boss will quickly follow up with another charge. Calyx the Ancient - Keep moving to avoid the rotation lasers and don't stand in the bad stuff. My guild is I Play Without Pants On, Snarebrush-PVP Guardian.
