Excite Bike stage 5
This was a request by a fellow youtube user on how to beat level 5. The key is on the little ramps. As soon as you hit it hold forward until you are all the way forward and then just before you hit the ground, tap back once, then just after you bounce hit forward again. Not the best explanation but I hope you get the idea from watching :p.

Madhatter - Overheat ( ExciteBike music video )
PBC Productions and Scrub Club Records present 'Overheat,' Mad Hatter's hip-hop tribute to the NES game Excitebike. Dozens of geeks gathered together to shoot the video at MAGfest, a video and computer gaming festival run by fans, for fans. The 'ExciteBiker', Matthew Mahoney, is a THON veteran who was chosen both for his ability to bust a move and for his innate lack of fear. The video features Internet video game celebrities James Rolfe (Angry Video Game Nerd), Stuttering Craig (ScrewAttack.com), A_Rival (Wave Theory), Devon Riley (Captain S), Bobby Bokista (VirtualFools), and others. A huge THANK YOU to all the fans and friends who showed up to the shoot. You're the best. Big shout out to Brenden and MAGfest - for throwing the baddest video game party on the East Coast every year - and also for helping make this video happen. 'Overheat' is one of eleven tracks on MadHatter's Nintendo-inspired rap album, 8-Bit Bullshit. www.scrubclubrecords.com Hatter's site describes the album as "11 tracks full of nonstop Nintendo memories to bob your head to". The video was shot, cut, and conceived by PBC Productions member Chad Williams, who was genuinely inspired by Hatter's music. He remarks, "Nerdcore is a niche within a niche, but great albums like 8-Bit Bullshit transcend the limitations of the genre." This video marks the first collaboration between Scrub Club Records and PBC Productions.
Vs. Excitebike part 1 of 3: Tracks 1, 2 & 3 plus bonus stage
Vs. Excitebike by Nintendo. This one of my favorite arcade games. Most people seem to only remember the NES version but the arcade version deserves some recognition too as it is better in just about every way. Apparently, Excitebike is original to the NES and was then ported to the arcade, the reverse of the usual migration of a title from the arcades to home. There are two arcade versions of Excitebike - Vs. Excitebike for the Vs. Unisystem, shown here, and for the Playchoice system which is essentially the NES version. If you're familiar with Excitebike on the NES then you may notice a few differences. For one, the game has some real structure. There are also a couple more tracks, two bonus stages and there's a secret reward for knocking down the opponent bikes. This is only my 2nd time playing Excitebike on a real arcade machine in about 20 years and the first serious game of Excitebike I've played on any platform in a couple of years so I'm a little rusty but this should give you a sense of what Excitebike is all about.
CGR Undertow - EXCITEBIKE for NES Video Game Review
Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Excitebike from Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Predating the X Games by a decade, Excitebike is a racing game featuring colorful, high-flying dirt bikes. You race through five tracks loaded with all sorts of ramps, bumps and mud pits, obstacles which make finishing the race within the required time limit an addictive exercise in old-school d-pad dexterity. Designed by Shigeru Miyamoto, Excitebike shares the same charm and irresistibly simple gameplay that made his Donkey Kong games so popular. This video review features video gameplay footage of Excitebike for the Nintendo Entertainment System and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.

Classic Game Room - EXCITEBIKE for NES review
Classic Game Room reviews EXCITEBIKE for Nintendo Entertainment System from 1985 (released in 1984 for the Famicom in Japan.) Excitebike is an awesome, fun and addictive side scrolling racing game for NES and Gameboy. The NES version has full color gameplay and has a rad level design system where you can create your own Excitebike race tracks. Excite Bike gameplay is fast and simple yet remarkably challenging. You have to master when to accelerate, tilt your bike and jump all the while dodging enemy riders who will knock you off your motorcycle. Dirt bike racing on the NES has never been so rad. This CGR review of Excitebike for NES has Nintendo Excitebike gameplay showing Excitebike game play from the videogame cartridge for NES.

Excitebike - Messing with Custom Tracks
...It's been a while since I uploaded something again, so i decided to do something real quick. I loved this game when I was a kid and loved spending hours making tracks on this what would now be considered crude editor. I was bad, but I had tons of fun doing it. Now over a decade later, I revisit this and make something hastily and play it through. This game was strangely fun for how basic it was.

NES Excitebike (JPN/USA) in 05:29.44 by Thomas Seufert (Lord Tom)
Publication: tasvideos.org This movie plays Excitebike really, really fast with an improvement of over a second compared to the previous movie by JXQ. Times for each track are: *0 = 36.19 (0.35 improved) *1 = 37.84 (0.40 -"-) *2 = 38.67 (0.19 -"-) *3 = 41.96 (0.02 -"-) *4 = 41.00 (0.02 -"-) *5 = 31.34 (0.40 -"-) -Cumulative in-game savings: 1.38s Main improvements come from taking ramps faster and a unique trick in which the author goes slower to get a better time. CGRundertow 3D CLASSICS: EXCITEBIKE for Nintendo 3DS Video Game Review
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of 3D Classics: Excitebike from Arika and Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. 3D Classics: Excitebike is a downloadable game available in the 3DS eShop. Roughly the 37th port Excitebike has received since its original release in 1985, this new version of Excitebike features a great 3D effect and a gorgeous widescreen display. Excitebike has never looked better, and to us, this is the definitive version of Excitebike. The game plays as well as it ever has, but playing it through this gorgeous new window feels like a new experience. The pixels are crisp even in 2D, and when the 3D effect is on, they pop off the screen better than even a lot of retail 3DS games achieve. This video review features video gameplay footage of 3D Classics: Excitebike for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek. Excitebike: World Rally S Rank Walkthrough (Bronze Cup)
Visit www.gameanyone.com The # 1 Source For Video Game Walkthroughs It's time for another quick and short walkthrough. Excitebike World Rally is a game that likes like the old NES Excitebike but, now with 3D graphics and gameplay mechanic which also resembles the areas and changing environments in Excite Truck and Excite Bots: Trick Racing. Which isn't too surprising seeing how the game is developed by Monster Games. This walkthrough will show what time you have to beat to get the S ranking. Unfortunetely, in later cups like the Gold and Platinum, I couldn't S rank all those courses in one run so I had to make a few edits in later vids.
