energy chi focus
How to Chi Bend
This video explains how to make a chi energy ball (chi bending). Benefits: improved concentration, focus, calmness, relaxation and can help some people to sleep. Here are some steps to help guide you, but please do let me know if you still have difficulties. 1. Rub your two hands together (this is optional but helps initially while you're unsure of what you're looking for). 2. You should feel energy building up between your hands, it will slowly push your hands apart from each other, let it and then reign it in again. 3. Continue doing so until you've found a comfortable position. Some tips: Focus on your breathing - Try hold your breath for 3-5 seconds as you breath in and out. What you may notice is when you breath in and you should feel a push outwards as it expands, breath out and you should feel it as being somewhat smaller as it contracts. I don't believe it? Whether you believe it or not, I believe it is a great meditation tool whereby it acts as a great focus point (rather than you just concentrating on your breathing during meditation), so sometimes you'll find breathing deeply for 2-3 seconds and seeking to clear your thoughts may help. For some, I have heard it has helped them stay calm and sleep. Others have seen it as a symbol for peace and calmness. Whatever it may mean to you, the main thing is that it helps you be feel relaxed and calm. Can you share it? Yes you can share it but they would need to know how to maintain it also or it will disappear into the ...

Visible Energy Chi Psi
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE VIEWING Skip to 0:30 to see the energy This video was originally taken on my mobile phone during an old experiment to see how visible I could amplify my energy field. It seems older camera models show energy more effectively than newer models. The problem however is that due to conversion of codec while uploading, 60% of the quality has been lost which is disappointing because the results were very interesting. Yet, even with data loss it is still visible at points in the video. I will try to find a way to get the original video intact so display all of the video properly but to fill in the gap of what you don't see there is a thick white band of energy that bridges between my fingers which changes in density upon my focus. When I move my hand in a weird way I was testing if I could see the energy focused on the tips of my finger which I could see as an intense blue glow when I moved my hand down while applying focus. It may work in full quality if you download it to your mobile phone: www.youtube.com Prince Ea and Sick Since in the background check them out: www.youtube.com/user/thamagicsho2003 www.myspace.com/princeea www.youtube.com/user/sickn7 www.myspace.com/since7

Qi~ssage - the energy massage - Qigong & Massage combined 1
Qi~ssage (pronounced Chee-sahzh) is a health and healing technique that combines the energy enhancing principles of qigong with the art of massage. There are 12 major energy channels in the body and hundreds of energy points associated with them. In acupuncture they use fine needles to stimulate the flow of energy through these points. But, only a couple dozen of these energy points are critically important to optimal health, wellness and healing. It is these key energy points you focus on in Qi~ssage. And, in Qi~ssage you learn to stimulate the energy using your hands instead of needles. Chunyi Lin, the founder of Spring Forest Qigong created Qi~ssage to provide everyone with another simple, yet powerful technique to help you achieve and maintain your optimal health and wellness. Using Tai-Chi: Flame manipulation #1
After watching several videos (most fake) on here about putting out a candle. I wanted to show another way to fine tune your chi energy. Pushing, pulling and pulsating a flame without putting out.Pulling and pulsating are the easiest for me.I think it's different for every one. And you'll see the flame get pulled towards my hand. Also gently rotating the flame around. No quick hand movements for people to blame it on wind or vaccums. I shot two demonstrations. One in the candle holder and one by itself. I have been practicing Tai-Chi since I was 8 years old. I was taught by my one of my Aunt's from China sword Tai-Chi and focusing Chi. She is also an acupressure Dr. When you learn to fine tune your Chi you not only can learn to heal yourself, but others as well by manipulation of their Chi. Yes this can be a used for good and bad. That is one of the ways Masters can push/pull people. This is the same thing, but using a flame instead. I certainly don't claim to be a master.I hope this helps others find new ways to exercise, fine tune and balance their Chi focusing abilities.

Tai Chi, test if your energy body is aligned with your physical body Fabio Martella
WHAT IS BODY/SOUL ALIGNMENT? Body/Soul Alignment is a healing process that allows us more access to who-we-really-are: A soul who is choosing to have an experience in a physical body, exploring contrast and creation in the physical world. Body/Soul Alignment identifies where the body and soul are out of touch due to physical illness, unresolved emotional trauma or metaphysical issues. Returning to a state of connection and balance shifts our conscious awareness to a higher level of creativity, health and well-being. DEFINE THE BODY The body is a conscious/fluid energy system that is changing moment-to-moment depending on our environment, what we eat and how we are handling stressful situations. It is designed to support our physical existence as well as express our soul's creativity and purpose. Understanding how the physical body is connected to the non-physical world (our soul) opens up new possibilities that pull us out of our current reality of limitation, suffering, pain, hopelessness and struggle and drops us into the quantum field of unlimited potential. ENERGY BODY AWARENESS Distorted energy patterns throw our body out of alignment and result in stress, illness, depression and hopelessness. The more we are aware of what our body is telling us by acknowledging our feelings, the more we can choose to correct the process that is causing the disruption of energy flow. We are constantly influenced by demands from our families, friends and the collective consciousness ...

Healing and the Mind with Bill Moyers 1 - The Mystery of Chi - Part 1
"The Mystery of Chi" was filmed on location in Beijing and Shanghai and features David Eisenberg MD, of Harvard Medical School, helping Bill Moyers to explore various aspects of traditional Chinese medicine. A specific focus of the program is on "Chi", the energy or spirit at the core of much of Chinese medicine's philosophy and practice. The program opens with a tour of a Chinese hospital, which attempts to cure through either western medicine or eastern methods such as herbs, acupuncture, massage and meditation. The choice of eastern medicine, western medicine or a combination of both is left to the particular patient and doctors to decide. The efficacy of Western science, as compared to the Eastern Chi energy is explored as is the possibility of placebo effect within Chi practice. A case is then made to show the basis of Chi, as much of China has already accepted it's principles. The openness of the hosts to new concepts, where they may be of help to the ends of medicine, is apparent. The hosts move to People's Park in Shanghai to witness public displays of exercise/meditation by vast numbers of Chinese people. The beauty of the practitioners motion is evident. We meet a few Master's, who know their Chi intimately, as a focus in maximizing their personal health. Next, we meet a Taoist calligrapher who proclaims "If we follow Yin/Yang, we will not get sick" [such statements should be taken with a grain of salt], and that we should practice a centering to attain a ...

Tai Chi Form: 12- Step Back to Repulse Monkey
Angus Clark: This excellent posture is the second of Dr. Chi's three key moves from the form. It's a great one to just play over and over again. And when you run out of space just turn around and go back the other way! The posture gives you very good command of your balance, confidence in moving backwards and good alignment and energy flow in your spine. Repulse Monkey has a lovely energetic dynamic -- you move backwards but your mind and energy remain strongly forwards. There are three key things to focus on: 1. Parallel feet, if possible, and definitely shoulder width apart. A common mistake in this posture is stepping too narrow, which means that you become unbalanced. The parallel stance gives good stability; it also opens the energy gates of the spine -- the ming-men, or gate of fire on the spine, opposite the navel and the dai zhu at the top of the spine/base of the neck -- creating a good energy flow up your spine. 2. Mind forward. Although you're moving backwards your awareness needs to be focused strongly forwards and this gives the posture its characteristic focus. 3. Keep your balance forward in the front leg as you step back, before moving your weight back. This gives you good command of your balance, coordinates your energy and helps to focus your energy forwards. You don't want to 'fall' into your back foot when moving back.

Zen Mind, Zen Horse: Focus on the Hip
www.zenmindzenhorse.com This exercise, called "Focus on the Hip" is designed to help the student become aware of just how much chi can be summoned up at will in his or her gaze. As predators, humans tend to focus a tremendous amount of energy in their eyes. Here, we first teach our student, Shanna, to breathe and drain all the energy out of her body. You'll see she gets very quiet and relaxed. We then ask her to set back and quickly summon up a lot of chi. We help her to focus all that chi by asking her to use the end of the lead rope and point it at the horse hip. You'll see the horse willl move his hip away from the energy that Shanna is focusing on him. Next, we ask Shanna to do away with the lead rope and just use the energy in her eyes to move the hips over and you will see how the horse responds just to her focused energy (without pointing the end of the lead rope) on his hips. It's a beautiful demonstration of how we can learn to dissipate energy or summon it up at will to focus where we wish to exert our intention.
