Disney's stars stress environmental issues in the campaign. The year-long campaign draws on how Disney stars connect with young fans. The red team is in the lead, but that doesn't mean the blue, yellow and green teams can't give them a little competition. The games are heating up, and we've got your first look at the final showdown with your favorite Disney stars. Check it out: Watch it all end, as the red, green, blue and yellow teams battle it out this weekend. Disney will make a donation of $125000 to each charity, but the stakes are high, because the winning team's charity will receive an additional $100000 donation from Disney. I'm your host Joslyn Davis with the 411 on the games that bring Disney stars from across the globe together with one commeon goal- to raise money for charity, and get seriously competitive. The Games are set to air on the Disney Channel and Disney XD this weekend -- July 15th, 16th and 17th, and we think now would be the best time to give a quick run on the team line-ups. Heading up the blue team is Jessie star Debby Ryan, who is joined by Allisyn Ashley Arm, Roshon Fegan just to name a few. Brandon Mychal Smith is leading the Green team, along with David Henrie, Bella Thorne and Adam Hicks. The Captain for the Yellow team is Bridgit Mendler and she'll be joined by Gregg Sukin and China Anne McClain, and the Red Team is rounded out by Mitchel Musso, Zendaya and Jake T. Austin.
