This was shot on August 15th 1999 where Rick and band shared the stage with other Woodstock all stars. This may be some of the last footage of Rick and was shot less then 4 months before he passed away. I'm pretty sure Danko/Band fans will appreciate this is much as i do, because Ive never seen this anywhere else so it must be somewhat rare. Its from a Chicago local TV station in which Rick played for 30 minutes and it was all recorded. Sadly Ive never got to see/meet Rick because I was only 5 when he passed (And not aware of him or The Band,This would happen when I was 12), But the music he left here on earth always made me feel as if ive met him. Rick sadly is gone but his music never will be meaning Rick is still here, and his much alive in his music. Mr. Danko this video is my thanks to you, and I assure you a bunch of people are still listening to you daily.

Paul Danko Whistleblower, NYC water supply
Whistleblower Paul Danko, responding truthfully to FBI inquiry about mercury in NYC water supply, by the DEP, Department of Environmental Protection which is the new name for the Water Department, using mercury lubrication in sluice gates, which enters the water New Yorkers were drinking. As he was ordered by DEP, he did correct the longstanding problem by building and inserting wooden plugs in key places. Paul was retaliated against by DEP, first by being taken from his job and forced to sit at a desk, without even a phone, for 8 hours a day and do absolutely nothing, and after months of that, fired on false charges.
