Movie | Crossing 10 of 10 Crossing is a Korean movie which is going to be aired in late June 2008. The movie is based on a real story about the life of a North Korean defector and his family. Actor Cha In-pyo starred as a North Korean coal miner who crossed illegally into China to get medicine for his wife. His wife passed away soon after he crossed the border, and he was separated from his 11-year-old son (played by Shin Myung-chul) who was trying to trace him from North Korea. The story shares the hardship of North Korean refugees in the late 1990s, with famine striking the country and killed an estimated 1 million people. The North Koreans couldnt cross into South Korea directly because of landmines and heavy military presence at the border these defectors had to cross into China and made a de-tour to South Korea instead. The Chinese government, an ally of the North Korean regime, does not recognize the defectors as refugees and would send them back to North Korea to face stiff action. Crossing will represent South Korea as a candidate for the foreign film category at the 81st Academy Awards.

I've Crossed the Line: Street Fighter X Tekken (please read description)
I am not proud of myself for buying this game. Capcom has pulled a bitch move with the ON DISC DLC. The only reason I went ahead and gave this game a try is mainly the Tekken series and my love for THAT game and my wish to see that game reach a higher level of popularity. It was a move by me that I am not particularly proud of. I have avoided Capcom and will continue to avoid them. If this was not a Tekken cross-over I would not have purchased it. I would recommend buying this game used or some other way.

Alright guys. So further understanding on our Don't Get Hurt When Crossing The Street post, right now we're on the South Philadelphia on Washington Ave. and we're at the intersection of 15th in Washington. So if you are comparing for a property, for example, we're on in between of the 1100 block Washington Separate Sea 1100, 100 block of a South 15th Street, say you are looking and analyzing a property on 1200 block and you are doing your research and you find a comparable property on the 900 block of the South 15th Street. Technically, that's only a 3 block difference and that falls in line with the radius of which you should be comparing properties. But here's the problem with that, in comparing your property on the 12oo block to another property on the 900 block, you crossed the street. You cross the major avenue which is Washington Avenue. And if you don't know Washington Avenue is a major street which runs East West across South Philadelphia. But what it does though is it separates one neighborhood which is Graduate Hospital, a very solid area with properties going anywhere from mid 300s and up. What happens is that when you move South, when you cross Washington Avenue going South, you kinda move further into point breeze new bode area and that area has nowhere close to the values of Graduate Hospital. So you always want to be careful when crossing the street. Don't hurt yourself coz what can happen is a) If you are comparing something across the major avenues and ...
