1 CRAZY tip to get abs: sixpackshortcuts.com Hey...what's up! In this episode, I bring you an abs workout that will get your core ripped with multiple KILLER abs exercises. And all you'll need to do this exercise is one light dumbbell! Here's how it goes: FEET TO SKY CORKSCREWS - 10 REPS EACH SIDE: Start squatting down, with the dumbbell over your right foot. Twisting from your core, throw the dumbbell over your left shoulder like your are tossing a bucket of water. It's CRITICAL for this exercise that you are using your abs to initiate the movement, and not just using the momentum from your legs to move the dumbbell. Otherwise, it's just a crappy leg workout. Twist with your core though as much as you can, and you'll be getting a killer ab workout. FIGURE EIGHTS - 20 REPS: Hold the dumbbell in front of you, and move it in a figure 8 pattern. Again, this exercise will be VERY easy if you just do it with your arms, but be sure not to do that. Hold your arms straight, and move the dumbbell around by twisting your core. Keep the dumbbell in front of you as you do this exercise -- try not to let it go in back of you. This leads to involving other muscle groups, and takes the "work" off your abs and core. HOW TO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER: Do five rounds, each round consisting of one set of corkscrews and one of figure eights. I was skeptical at first but I must admit, this is an amazing workout for your core and legs and like all of our workouts, it doesn't require any equipment at all! This will help tremendously with balance and stamina. Let's put it all together: 3 LEGGED DOG::10 REPS:: Get in the plank position. Raise your butt up so that your head is facing down. Raise and extend your right leg, bring this leg down and up to touch your chin. Then re-extend the leg back out and come back to the plank position. From there bring that same leg up to meet your elbow. Repeat until you reach 10 reps. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS:: 50 REPS (each leg equals one rep):: The mountain climber calisthenics exercise conditions your entire body and is excellent for developing foot and leg muscles. Start in the basic push-up position with your arms in line with your chest and your legs extended outward. Get up on the balls of your feet. Bring each leg forward, one at a time. Make sure that you keep the non-moving leg bent as you bring the other forward. Once you finish this cycle once repeat it 3 more times for a total of 4 cycles. And that's it y'all! The start of Mass Effect 3 features a level on Earth during the beginning of the Reaper invasion, with David Anderson as a temporary squad member. The objective is surviving and making a rendezvous with Normandy. Mass Effect 3 is the sequel to Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 developed by BioWare for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It is intended to be the final game in the planned Mass Effect trilogy. Throughout Mass Effect 3, Commander Shepard will be bringing the civilisations of the galaxy together as allies to take back Earth and repel the Reaper invasion. The player's choices throughout not only Mass Effect 3, but the entire trilogy, will affect the fate of these civilisations and the endings the player can receive. The story is the 'epic conclusion' to the story started in Mass Effect and continued in Mass Effect 2, as well as the conclusion of Commander Shepard's story.
