- "We have spoken to the woman that was assaulted and she was in the downstairs toilet on the coach when Muslims/UAF tore the door open. She was punched in the face and thrown on the floor where she was kicked several times, all by men. When she got up and ran after the bus she was surrounded and further assaulted. She says she was hit or kicked by at least 20 different males. She has a fractured cheekbone, bruised ribs and internal bruising. The other people on the bus were having the windows caved in on the other side of the bus and were unaware that anyone was off the bus. Once they realised they piled off the bus but it was too late and they have all been arrested although the charges will never stick. Peter King, a Republican congressman from New York, had called on the FBI to launch an investigation into allegations of what he called "contemptible" behaviour. An FBI official in New York told Sky News it is "looking into the allegations". The Daily Mirror reported that News Of The World journalists offered to pay a former New York police officer to retrieve the private phone records of victims of the September 11 attacks. It was claimed they wanted the phone numbers of the dead as well as details of the calls they made and received in the days leading to the attacks. Law enforcement officials in the US say they are unaware of any other evidence to support the claim but that the allegation was serious enough to merit an investigation. Congressman King said: "The thought that anyone would have hacked into the phones of those who were killed or missing or their family members at that tragic time is contemptible. As with Nixon, the fallout will, with all probability, come over who knew what and when. Certainly, Attorney General Eric Holder has thus far been less than forthcoming with Congress' investigation. Will it trail all the way back to Obama himself? It has also emerged that the FBI lied about mobile phone tracking software, after assuring Congress that it had not sought out data from Carrier IQ when the firm says otherwise.
