The commonlaw/freeman guys are taking a postion that they are free or sovereign . Why take a positon? If someone else is taking a postion that you are not free the best and only stategy is to ask them simple questions like.... when,where, why, and how did you get control/jurisdiction over me? The fact is nobody is free/sovereign. They have the guns, police, armies, and uniforms. The commonlaw/freeman/ucc guys are fundamentally wrong in their assertions.

Person - The Revised Code of Washington, RCW 1.16.080, (I live in Washington State) defines a person as follows: "The term 'person' may be construed to include the United States, this state, or any state or territory, or any public or private corporation, as well as an individual." Person - Black's Law Dictionary 6th Edition, pg. 791, defines 'person' as follows: "In general usage, a human being (ie natural person), though by statute term may include labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, or receivers." Person - Oran's Dictionary of the Law, West Group 1999, defines Person as: 1. A human being (a "natural" person). 2. A corporation (an "artificial" person). Corporations are treated as persons in many legal situations. Also, the word "person" includes corporations in most definitions in this dictionary. 3. Any other "being" entitled to sue as a legal entity (a government, an association, a group of Trustees, etc.). 4. The plural of person is persons, not people (see that word). - Person - Duhaime's Law Dictionary. An entity with legal rights and existence including the ability to sue and be sued, to sign contracts, to receive gifts, to appear in court either by themselves or by lawyer and, generally, other powers incidental to the full expression of the entity in law. this all started telling the two police officers Im sorry but I dont agree to passing a red light and then when asking to see there cars police video evidence, I look round to see the other officer hes taking my photo, so I went to my car and got my video camera and thats where it starts I was photographed by the police officer for an alleged traffic act, I had commited no crime or act of violence to anyones being or property I was told that thay can take my photo now without an offence being commited, when I told them that I was envokeing my common law rights thay acted as if thay didnt know we all have rights,or what I was talking about, and this is going on every day here in the UK , all police men and women have sworn an oath to the queen who is the head of our common law to serve uphold and protect our rights, so Unconscionability, in fact thay are serving maritime law some without even knowing what thay are doing, this country is fast becoming like china or Nazi Germany.

I was in "court" because I parked mine or my wife's conveyance on my Sovereign land (ie) lawn. No ticket, straight to a court summons issued on a fictitious entity. On and for the record this file was filled with goodies and they waited until the entire case docket was done before they called a name that sounded familiar as in an account that I am administer for. Unfortunately for the court, there were over 20 people there in support of me and most of them were Sovereigns as well...Included in the room were 3 other Peace Officers from WFS and myself, a sworn to the people Peace Officer and duly witnessed and Notarized as such....Hope this is helpful...Case dismissed with cause and prejudice, note the judge bowing before he abandoned the court. There are many who believe that special appearances (by paper work, motions, etc.) nullify a court's jurisdiction. Under emergency powers this is false doctrine. There is no remedy in challenging a courts jurisdiction, except by abating its process, first. Abatements are not a challenge to a courts jurisdiction, merely a good faith attempt to correct errors in process, "correct the errors judge and I'll appear." Special appearances fail when a judge knows what he's doing; under martial rule, judges do whatever they want, whenever they want so long as he/she does not alarm the public or disturb the peace. Jurisdiction is always granted to try jurisdictional questions, even if one goes to higher courts. Defendants grant jurisdiction without knowing it, because they never challenge the process that creates the jurisdiction in the first place. (See FRCP §2.4 (2)(4)) Process is perfected by appearance, special or otherwise. Also remember the court is not the building the judge or anyone else, it's the paperwork. If the court paperwork is defective there is no court and it ceases to exist. The only way to overcome the War Powers court process is by Abatement. Traffic tickets are a pain for all of us. When using this abatement strategy, first send in the Notice of Abatement, Memorandum of Law and Denial of Corporate Existence to the Clerk of Court. That generally takes care of the pesky ticket. If you do not hear from him within 15 days, send in the Default Notice of the Notary ...
