First Alex Collier Video That Changed The World - 1994 (1 of 12)
This is the online premier of UFO contactee Alex Collier interviewed by Rick Keefe. Yup, this is actually the first place it was ever posted online anywhere. Sorry about the watermark as I was testing the video software at the time and used what I had to share it with the world as soon as I could. You see, when Rick premiered the video at a UFO conference in Laughlin, Nevada he was kind enough to give a free copy on DVD to those in the live audience and encouraged each of us to copy it and distribute it for free. After the conference I flew back to Milwaukee and as soon as I got home I opened a youtube account. I shared the idea of posting it online with Rick in person and he was extremely encouraging. Now it's distributed all over the place, exactly as Rick had intended. Mission accomplished! We also opened a youtube channel specifically for Rick's other work - channel name is ufohypotheses - a LOT of great information and I'd definitely recommend surfing over there to check it out. The original interview was conducted in 1994 but it was not shared publicly until March 2, 2007. I posted it as soon as I could, one week later on March 9, 2007. It simply means to keep that thing in mind. Do not attach to it, do not generate emotions, because if the "thing" you think of is negative, emotions will only serve to spoil your present moment. Instead, think of the "thing" you cannot let go off, but purposely! and when you hold the picture of that thing, be mindfull of your breath. Notice everything there is about your breath, the temperature of it as it passes over your tongue, the amount of seconds it takes to breathe in, and the same to breathe out, keep your breath in mind, This may take practise, but you will discover that you CAN have a thought of a painful memory, BUT quickly.....become mindful of the breath. and that painful memory starts to lose its pain, and for the first time starts to store itself in the correct way in your brain "without the emotions caused when it actually occured revisiting you" I wish you well, please do let me know how you get on trying this.
