Mieders Alpine Coaster (with no brakes!!)
BBC Story here www.bbc.co.uk EDP Article www.edp24.co.uk This is a single-pipe alpine coaster in Mieders, Austria. You reach the summit via a cablecar and then sit on a small car with a brake lever and off you go. Having ridden it once using a little braking, I decided to try it a second time without using the brakes. This is SCARY! Enjoy the ride! Longest Alpine Coaster (Imst) - no brakes!
This is the World's longest Alpine Coaster (3.535km - approx 2.2 miles) and I rode this just a couple of hours before riding the very scary single pipe Sommerrodelbahn at Mieders - see www.youtube.com The typical ride time is 9 minutes, but without using the brakes until the very end my "brakeman" Darren Hoy and I completed the ride in just 5 minutes (average speed 42.5kph, 26mph).

This is a complete experience POV of Rock n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida formally known as MGM Studios. Video includes line, queue, pre-show, off-ride shots, and POV in Night Vision. Length: 3403' Height: 80' Inversions: 3 Speed: 57 mph Duration: 1:22 G-Force: 5 After winding through a shaded outdoor queue, guests enter the offices and recording studios of record label G-Force Records, whose lobby is decorated with posters of real acts signed to labels owned by The Walt Disney Company. Next, guests are led into a room looking into the recording studio, where the five members of Aerosmith are shown finishing a recording session. The group's manager, portrayed by Illeana Douglas, enters and informs them that they're late for a concert. Lead singer Steven Tyler expresses regret at being forced to leave the band's fans and requests backstage passes for the entire group. The band then departs by limousine to "the Forum" (a reference to a famous Los Angeles concert venue). The harried manager summons a "super stretch" limo, to carry guests to the concert and directs them outside. The pacing of the film is such that there is brief pause between the time that the band mentions to their manager that they should do something for their fans and Steven Tyler agreeing. This is a Front Seat POV of the Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster at Universal Studios Islands Of Adventure. Video Includes POV filmed with a Go Pro HD. The Incredible Hulk is a steel roller coaster located in Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida, USA. It is named for the popular comic book superhero character, the Hulk. Voted the #1 roller coaster by Discovery Channel viewers in 1999, the roller coaster is unique because it features a launch lift hill as opposed to conventional chain lifts. This means the train accelerates to 40 mph in a short time (approximately two seconds) before speeding through several inversions. When the Incredible Hulk opened, it featured the world's tallest cobra roll (110 feet (34 m)). The Incredible Hulk is the only launched roller coaster produced by Bolliger & Mabillard. As a company, it is opposed to launched coasters because of perceived reliability problems, so it subcontracted the launch mechanism to another company.
