So in this video, I share the essential guide lines to Clearer looking skin. When I get emails and messages from you guys, it breaks my heart to know how much it effects you from living your life. Confidence is everything. You need it for you to excel forward in terms of career, relationships and dreams. I hope you guys find this video helpful. I talk my experiences with acne, share ten essential tips to Clear skin and 3 tips of my own that I swear by. I know what it feels to have acne. I had severe acne afterall but it does not mean Im a professional. I am not dermatologist so these are all based in my experiences. Remember everybody is different. However, these guidelines should positively change your skin. Skincare should be simple. Not complicated. The best things are always free. I know the video is long but its because I had alot I wanted to talk about and I didnt want to miss areas out. My throat was dying out of me but it was worth it. I apologise if I speak too quickly thorough enough. I tried to get by each point as clear but quick as I can so the video wouldnt be too long. However, the video is still like 15 minutes long XD! It's totally normal and you need to remember that you still look amazing regardless and acne shouldn't stop you from living your lives to the fullest! These products are not the CURE for acne. To begin: *Protect the lips and soft them so we can exfoliate them later I use any type of lip balm you have or even Vaseline *Remove all make-up from the face I am using Garnier fresh essentials grape water cleansing milk for normal to combination skin. *Remove the cleanser I am using a damp cloth mitt but a face cloth or cotton wool will do *Remove all eye make-up I am using Garnier clean & fresh gentle eye make-up remover as it is water bases and really breaks down the make-up even waterproof! *Tone the skin to make sure all the cleanser has been removed I am using skin truth soothing toner with chamomile and lavender but any toner you have will do. Use damp cotton wool for this! *Exfoliate the lip in circle motions I am using the damp cloth very slightly over the lips! *Add moisture back on to the lips After exfoliating add moisture back to the lips *Moistures and protect the lashes and eyebrows! I warm up some Vaseline on the back of my hand and apply some to the lashes and eye brows to help them to grow and be healthy also prevent the mask from getting on them! *Exfoliate time, usually this would be the time to exfoliate but I am using an exfoliate mask so I skipped with part! Apply some exfoliate to the skin in the same way you applied the cleanser ...

Acne Free (Clear Skin) Diet: Dinner
I am eating clean to clear my acne. I am avoiding dairy, soy, and gluten. I am avoiding all grains for that matter. I am getting my carbs from fruits and vegetables but mainly vegetables. I am eating lots of healthy fats like olive oil, walnut oil, cod liver oil, organic real butter, whole organic eggs, almonds, walnuts, & flax seeds. I am eating lean proteins like white turkey meat, white meat chicken breast, and fatty fish, like salmon. I am also eating beans and peas sometimes. Those also account for carbs. I am not using any topical creams specifically designated for acne at this time. I am not against them but at the moment I am concentrating on diet alone. Later on, I will add in a topical treatment just to polish off my skin. I believe diet has much to do with acne as many people have food intolerance's that purge through their skin and cause inflammation throughout their bodies. I also believe in not making yourself miserable over your diet and giving yourself some room to breathe. Make sure you eat foods you enjoy. If not, you will be less likely to stick to any diet. You may be able to do it for a short while, but since you are miserable you will have a tendency to binge and eat something totally off your diet like processed, sugary packaged cookies or brownies for example. Find healthy alternatives for the foods you love. Make vegan brownies with real cocoa powder and sweeten with agave or honey and add some healthy flaxseeds in them too (just an example ...
