Here's a very powerful deleted scene from the Oscar Nominated film The Fighter in which Dicky Eklund, played by Christian Bale, tries to walk out of prison after watching the television airing of the disastrous crack documentary. Even though the scene never made it into the movie it packs a power punch of emotion, and shows another great performance by Bale in the film who won and Oscar for his role.

Warning, Contains strong language. This is Christian Bale on the set of Terminator Salvation ranting and raving about the director of photography interfering with him during a take. BTW, Bale is 100% in the right. The DP broke one of the most important rules on a set, you never enter an actors line of vision during a take. Some directors, like Sydney Lumet(RIP), would even make it a rule to shout out before a take "Clear line of vision" before announcing action. And its really McG (the director) who should be yelling at the guy. You can here McG say "I didn't see it" during the video which is almost inexcusable for a director to say, its his job to get the performance from an actor and make sure there are no distractions. All that aside, BALE is very extreme in his anger here which for some will make him look like the bad guy here. Maybe his anger is too much but that doesn't change the fact that he is right. Anyone in the Business will sympathize with him in this clip. Also, YES I KNOW I MADE A TYPO in the video. It says "Christina Bale" not Christian Bale. Some have said this was me pointing out Bale's whiny attitude. Honestly, I made an epic fail. I didnt proof read and have no desire to fix it. Its a mistake on my part.

Before I say anything else, this almost made me quit editing, my personal ongoing struggle Sony Vegas has been such a nightmare when it coms to saving, crashing non stop, giving me every error message available, so be aware, if you do notice any flaws, I apologise but I just got too stressed and almost snapped my laptop in 3.............alrighty then :) Decided to make this after rewatching my Batman V Batman trailers and spots I did a few years back which were pretty bad looking back lol, as well as seeing how my editing style, techniques etc have changed over the years, personally I think iv improved a lot, adding more of a story (hence the reason I made Gotham pretty much a riot free for all so two Batmans would be needed) This is more of a remake trailer if it was a real film, iv got loads more ideas so ill probably be doing some TV spots as well if Vegas allows. Christian Bale China stunt does more harm than good
www.nma.tv Hollywood star Christian Bale came under fire recently for his starring role in director Zhang Yimou's Nanjing Massacre movie "The Flowers of War", which was partly funded by the Chinese government. Following the movie's premiere, and perhaps in response to all the negative publicity he received, Bale decided to try and visit blind activist lawyer Chen Guangcheng with a CNN camera crew in tow. But Bale was forced to bail when confronted by several burly guards, and security around Chen and his village has now been stepped up. He has now been criticized by a Chinese government spokesperson, who said that Bale should feel embarrassed. Maybe the Batman star can take his super powers to the village of Wukan in Guangdong next as the week's long standoff between protesting villagers and security forces threatens to turn ugly.
