Well This may not be quite the worlds hottest but its up there in the tops, The Dorset Naga is just like the Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich.... WOW....! Why did I do this lol.... The burn was really intense, my tongue went numb, my lips felt like they were on fire for 15 minuets and I lost my sense of taste for a couple of hours.... DON'T try this one at home!!! Seriously, my stomach wasn't happy over the afternoon, but as I'm writing this now on the same day, everything is fine and a-ok..... NEW UPDATE! Woody has just had a second batch of Infinity pods tested at a staggering 1257468 SHU! Seriously hot....... This week I try the amazing Infinity Chilli, produced in Grantham, UK by Fire Foods. Recently tested at 1176182 SHU this chilli is the hottest ever tested, and is a cross between a Trinidad Scorpion and a 7 Pod. How hot was it? INSANE! Immediately lit up my whole mouth starting from the front, then worked it's way into the back of the throat before building to a crazy hot coal level. The heat built quite slowly but then stayed for ages, eventually the throat calmed down but my mouth stayed burning for a while longer. I have now lost my sense of taste, probably for the next few hours. Taste wise the Infinity is great, a good fruity taste with citrus undertones. A huge thanks to Woody at Fire Foods for sending me this one to test, cheers mate much appreciated :) Hope you enjoy the vid, catcha next time

You might think the Naga Viper would hail from some part of the world with a strong demand for spicy food, such as India or Mexico. But the new pepper is actually the handiwork of Gerald Fowler, a British chili farmer and pub owner, who crossed three of the hottest peppers known to man -- including the Bhut Jolokia -- to create his Frankenstein-monster chili. "It's painful to eat," Fowler told the Daily Mail. "It's hot enough to strip paint." Indeed, the Daily Mail reports that defense researchers are already investigating the pepper's potential uses as a weapon.

Record Breaking Dried Chilli Pepper- The Dried 'Naga Viper' 1349000 (SHU)
Again measuring in at 1349000 (SHU) So, following the fresh Naga Viper review we had to do the dried ones that were sent with them... After receiving them around 2 or 3 weeks ago I've had them sitting in the fridge which seemed to had dried them out that much more.... Thanks to Matt for these!! Grown himself and at such high quality too!! Nice work dude. So, how hot were these? Just as in my last video, these are very hot indeed... Hitting the hottest in the world so far (but not officially, but had been measured for SHU rating) The burn hits all of the mouth with the same sting that the Trinidad gives, but then it moves to the throat with a distinctive Naga burn... After 10 mins, the burn moves to the gums and starts to go at the lips.... 15/20 mins later and the burn was gone, but as I write this now (5 hours later) I have slight cramps in my stomach lol.... Ah well, comes with the job haha..... Ok, so what about the taste? Firstly I have to mention the texture, was amazing and different to any chilli I've tried before... Just like a potato crisp, but the flavour... mmm, smokey as a deep but subtle Naga hint... Beautiful for any Wing sauces or Marinades, crushed up into chili powder... limits are endless if you like it hot =) Thanks again to Matt! Top man, fantastic chilies and grown to the highest quality! Insanely Hot Chili Test- The Chocolate Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper)
So, how hot was the Chocolate Bhut Jolokia.....? The heat from this is insane... Instantly burning the mouth after swallowing, moving from the lips, then concentrating on the top of the throat... But from that point, the heat increases for a good 10 mins... leaving the body shaking, cold sweats, goose pimples.... the whole lot... and the end of the heat seems to concentrate on the stomach area... I have to say, I was nearly sick.. but managed to keep it in after walking around for 15 mins lol.... How about the taste.....? Similar to the Bhut Jolokia, this has a very deep flavour... Fruity hits with the Jolokia overtone... Have used this in many dishes, pasta's and curries etc... But I have to say, use with extreme caution and small doses... Plus, always wash your hands after touching chilies.... lets just say, you don't want to go to the toilet before you do so... Guys, you can probably understand more than most lol... Trinidad Scorpion Morouga Blend - New World's Hottest Chilli.
Today I try a homegrown Trinidad Scorpion Morouga Red Chilli. This was insane, one of the hottest pods I've ever eaten. The second I swallowed it - bang came the heat building on the tongue then moving into the back of the throat. My tongue was on fire and I thought it was going to melt! Tastewise was a tiny bit fruity and florally, but it quickly disappeared once the heat kicked in. It's now the day after and I still can't taste anything! Eating The Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia)
All I can say is DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME.... How hot was it? It was unbelievably hot, after a few seconds my whole mouth felt like it was on fire, soon after that my mouth and throat went numb..... This one put me in a different world, like the Dorset Naga but with less of an orange taste, more of Chili flavor to it and the heat is just as mental if not more..... What was it like the morning after?.... To put it bluntly, it was just as hot going out as it was going in.... I wont be doing this again anytime soon... Thanks Gerald from www.chileseeds.co.uk for sending me those... Was something I was dying to try out.... Cheers again to Ted for joining me again...
