Hungry? Cheesiest Potatoes Ever!
This is a recipe I conjured up because I didn't like other recipes for Potatoes Au Gratin I had found. They all required you to dirty many dishes by making some complicated sauce, and were not nearly cheesy enough for my tastes. I recently made this for family and friends around Xmas and it was a big hit. My mom wanted the recipe, so I figured I'd show her. Her favorite singer is Elvis, hence some of the music. Enjoy! :)
