Tracy Chapman - Fast Car
You've got a fast car I wanna a ticket to anywhere Maybe we make a deal Maybe together we can get somewhere Any place is better Starting from zero, got nothing to lose Maybe we'll make something Me, myself, I've got nothing to prove You've got a fast car I've got a plan to get us out of here Been working at the convenience store Managed to save just a little bit of money Won't have to drive too far Just cross the border and into the city You and I can both get jobs And finally see what it means to be living See my old man's got a problem Live with the bottle, that's the way it is He says his body's too old for working His body's too young, to look like his When mama went off and left him She wanted more from life than he could give I said somebody's got to take care of him So I quit school and that's what I did You've got a fast car Is it fast enough so we can fly away? We gotta make a decision Leave tonight or live and die this way Say remember when we were driving, driving in your car Speed so fast it felt like I was drunk City lights lay out before us And your arm felt nice wrapped 'round my shoulder And I had a feeling that I belonged I had a feeling I could be someone, be someone, be someone You've got aa fast car We go cruising entertain ourselves You still ain't got a job Now I work in the market as a checkout girl I know things will get better You'll find work and I'll get promoted We'll move out of the shelter Buy a bigger house and live in the suburbs Say ...

Bob Chapman's Future Warning For USA - "Its Over" - Understand?
Mr. Chapman is 72 years old. He was born in Boston, MA and attended Northeastern University majoring in business management. He spent three years in the US Army Counterintelligence, mostly in Europe. He speaks German and French and is conversant in Spanish. He lived in Europe for six years, off and on, three years in Africa, a year in Canada and a year in the Bahamas. Mr. Chapman became a stockbroker in 1960 and retired in 1988. For 18 of those years he owned his own brokerage firm. He was probably the largest gold and silver stockbroker in the world during that period. When he retired he had over 6000 clients. From 1962 through 1976 he specialized in South African gold shares. He and his family lived in Salisbury, Rhodesia (now Harare, Zimbabwe) and Johannesburg, South Africa from 1970 to 1973. During that time he did a great deal of further study into the South African mining industry. Mr. Chapman belonged to The Traders Association for 25 years. He did all his own trading. During his South African years some was done directly through Johannesburg, but 95% was done through London brokerage firms. Hence, he has extensive contacts, both in London and on the Continent. Nice song. One of my favorites. And both of them singers, too.
Talkin Bout A Revolution, Tracy Chapman (lyrics)
"Talkin' 'Bout a Revolution'" is the second single from American contemporary folk artist Tracy Chapman. The politically aware song, which aludes to socialism, failed to replicate the success of its predecessor, "Fast Car", and peaked at #75 in the United States. However, it also managed to chart on four other charts maintained by Billboard (which brings out the weekly US chart), and reached the top forty in two of them.[1] Produced 1988

Listen to the live performance on K-Love: www.youtube.com Radio single of SCC's new album Recreation, which releases August 9th You're picking up toys on the living room floor for the 15th time today Matching up socks and sweeping up lost Cheerios that got away You put a baby on your hip and color on your lips and head out the door And while I may not know you I bet I know you Wonder sometimes does it matter at all We'll let me remind you it all matters just as long as you Do everything you do to the glory of the One who made you Cause He made you to do Every little thing that you do to bring a smile to His face And tell the story of grace With every move that you make And every little thing you do OOoh ooooh oooooh Maybe you're that guy with the suit and tie Maybe your shirt says your name You may be hooking up mergers, cooking up burgers But at the end of the day Little stuff big stuff in between stuff God sees it all the same And while I may not know you I bet I know you Wonder sometimes does it matter at all We'll let me remind you it all matters just as long as you do Everything you do to the glory of the One who made you Cause He made you To do every little thing that you do to bring a smile to His face And tell the story of grace with every move that you make And every little thing that you do Well maybe you're sitting in math class Maybe anekatips on a mission in the Congo Maybe you're working at the office Singing along with the radio Maybe you're dining at a ...
With Hope by Steven Curtis Chapman
This song really helped me get through a lot of moments of grief when my mom passed away in January 2008. I have often shared this song with others. I noticed it wasn't on You Tube with lyrics and photos, so I made it myself to share with the world. This is dedicated to all those people out there who are distraught about losing their loved one. I encourage you to live your life to honor them and with faith to see them again in heaven.
