The footage was taken by Sue Wallin, a parent at the game. Sara Tucholsky of Western Oregon is up to bat against Central Washington. The video picks up as Tucholsky hits her first ever - in her life - home run. Just past 1st base, she tears a ligament in her knee and is unable to run any further. The umpires state that if her teammates or coaches assist her she will be declared out and if a pinch runner is substitued for her, her homer will be declared a single. Hearing this, Central Washington's Mallory Holtman and Liz Wallace offer to carry her around the bases. Thus ends Tucholsky's softball season and career.

This is a video I made for one of my college classes. We had to make a literal music video and so I chose my favorite song by Ben Folds: "Carrying Cathy". I love this song and I wanted to try to do it justice in my eyes. Keep in mind while watching that the original video I made was an 865 MB .MOV that I had to convert to a 95 MB .AVI in order to share it on YouTube. So that's why there are some shaky parts during transitions and stuff. And the audio appears to be one seconds off...which kinda sucks, but oh well. Kepp that in mind. But overall, I hope you all enjoy!

Deciding to be an armed, licensed civilian is serious business. Mature, sound judgment and preparation in every facet of this decision must be exercised. And doing so is not cheap, its not convenient, it requires a perishable skill set, and its complicated by many legalities. Also expect you, the armed civilian, to be completely misrepresented by the media, lambasted and characterized as a fringe, paranoid, and borderline un-safe person. Hogwash. But that flak you'll get does not change the realities of you choosing to be legally armed. Nutnfancy says YOU do incur an "Obligation of Carry" if you decide to walk society as a CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) or CCP (Pistol) individual. You absolutely must have your gun on you to the maximum extent possible...no joke. Yes there are places where being armed is illegal and inappropriate but there are lot of places where it is not. In fact most places, at least in the US. In this video Nutnfancy addresses the biggest folly of most guys and gals who have gone to the effort of licensing and buying their pistol for legal carry: they just do not carry it. Why is that? Chances are they have chosen a bad system (Nutnfancy term) of carry. Perhaps a bulky or heavy gun that requires special dress and carriage that rapidly becomes so taxing that its soon left at home. The first was confronting Arlington police officers about parking their cruiser illegally, which Cop Block is still waiting to hear the outcome of that investigation. Petes decisions to go to his girlfriends aid, film the police, open carry a firearm, refuse to produce ID and to walk away from the police,without satisfying their request, were all perfectly legal acts. This is me riding my bicycle in Detroit, heading south on Ponchatrain at 7 mile. I was openly carrying two FN-45s handguns one each hip. I was in no mood to talk to the police or anyone else for that matter. I just wanted to cycle and get my heart rate up for 90 minutes or so. I can only imagine that the LEO who was driving the squad car felt that because he asked me nicely as to "why" I felt the need to openly carry two handguns I was somehow bound to answer him. Indeed, he is an agent of the State and may ask all the questions he wants (however impertinent) but we citizens are not bound to say a word if we do not want to - that too is one of our God given rights. The police cannot force their company upon citizens who are comporting themselves in a lawful and safe manner. They are public servants and we taxpaying and free citizens are their masters. The LEO in question as you will hear has forgotten his place, forgotten his station. My God given right to keep and bear arms needs no justification, especially to an agent of the State. I was immediately put off by his line of questioning. The United States District Court for the District of Maryland in the case of Woollard vs. Sheridan wrote: "A citizen may not be required to offer a "good and substantial" reason why he should be permitted to exercise his rights. The driver, from Cluj Napoca, Romania, was filmed by another horrified motorist who spotted the youngsters kneeling in the boot. The children - who seem no older than 10 - seem to be enjoying their ride as they laugh and point at the surrounding scenery. As the car switches lanes at high speed, the children can be seen holding on to the boot. But as the car turns off the motorway to disappear up a slip road, the children are given the fright of their lives. The car moves up the dusty track and cuts directly in front of a giant truck which is hurtling along the motorway. Its driver can be heard blasting his horn in anger at the dad. Fortunately, it missed the car and the children were left uninjured. But police officers tracked down the car from its registration number and arrested and fined the driver. Cluj traffic police spokeswoman Adnana Ilies told local media: 'The driver was fined twice. 'Once for transporting more passengers than the capacity of the car allows, again for turning left when he should have gone straight on. 'In total he received a 250 Euro fine and six penalty points,' she added.
