Services up for bid include catering, temporary fencing and barricades, laundry and medical services, power generation, refuse collection, and other services required for temporary "emergency environment" camps located in five regions of the United States. For the record, I said months ago that I did NOT believe that there was a REAL plan to round up American/US citizens and put us into "FEMA camps"... being that I am from the "show me state" of missouri.. I felt this claim required more proof that what was offered months/years ago. Now, the tables have turned, and I surely / sorely stand corrected. The US congress has approved a bill which AUTHORIZES THE MILITARY to be able to arrest US citizens on US SOIL !!! Not only can they arrest us without cause, they can hold you indefinitely -- with no lawyer and no one knowing your location !! ( they can do this now through this "law" that was passed...by labeling you beligerent towards the government thus being a terrorist sympathizer --- therefore allowing the military to take you to a secret prison without a trial) Also this very same short period of days, this week, KBR (security corporation which handles FEMA emergency camps) put out a call to staff these FEMA camps.. and to be ready on a 72 hour notice. Re-Education Camp Doc was Not Meant for Public!
Fort Leonard Wood Public Affairs director Tiffany Wood has provided the first official response to the shocking US Army document that outlines the implementation of re-education camps, admitting that the manual was "not intended for public release" and claiming that its provisions only apply outside the United States, a contention completely disproved by the language contained in the document itself. After a reader sent Wood a link to where the manual, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF), can be downloaded on the army.mil website (but only by military employees with special credentials), Wood responded by stating that the document should not be in the public domain. "The document was not intended for public release," said Wood, adding, "Any other questions regarding the document, you will need to file a FOIA request." This means that either hackers have obtained access to a secure military website and downloaded the manual or it was leaked by a military employee concerned about the content of the document. Civilian Internment Camps for Americans
New documents have recently surfaced showing that the US military is setting up protocols for facilities where Civilian Internees would be detained. This echoes the rumors of FEMA camps being set up to detain civilians. I thoroughly researched this issue and would like to share with you what I have found. Indeed, these documents exist and the military has been setting up these provisions for decades. Most of this applies only in a military context and mostly to overseas operations, but also evidently on US soil due to the involvement of agencies like DHS, ICE and FEMA. It looks to me like the US is setting things up to enable them to detain large amount of civilians in: a-disaster scenarios, which would apply to evacuees etc, who would be considered protected persons and released as soon as possible b-in a situation of civil unrest, most likely under martial law, where anyone who resists its imposition could be detained as a Civilian Internee. It is apparent to me that the documents are not describing the rounding up of activists in a non-emergency/martial law situation, for the purpose of suppressing free speech or political dissent. Rather, they describe the capture of anyone 'going againts US interests' in a situation of civil unrest.
