"I'm happy," she said after the two-minute hearing in front of 25th District Judge David Bajorek. "I think it's ridiculous what happened." Ledesma had called 911 Aug. 19 after finding her father, Adrain, who had recently undergone brain surgery, lying on the kitchen floor, having a seizure. Upset about what she was seeing, she said she started to swear as she dialed 911 for an ambulance. She was in the midst of swearing, she said, when police Sgt. Robert McFarland answered the phone. "He started to lecture me about not cussing because I think he thought I was cussing at him, but I wasn't," she said. "Then he hung up on me." Police arrest man under pretense of law to incite violence.
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING. Totally unprovoked arrest by a so call public servant, Don't ever address a cop even if he is the one that call you. This cop was looking for an excuse to show off his power. Total nutcase, would fit well in the G 20 police gang. Three guys walking on the sidewalk are approched by a police car, which stop at them, two of the guys keep walking the third start talking to the cop, soon the cop come out of his car and start talking of arresting the guy for soliciting!!! That's when the 1st camera start rolling. See other link below. The case was dismissed the next morning and a court action is on the way against the police "Services". I have come to the conclusion that the guy being arrested is an undercover police officer!!! So it was pure theater. No pat down, no resistance from the arrestee, bragging about it's pay check, all the BS of a snitch. As we were working on uploading the police terrorist video, two cop looking persons went to the door at starbucks and rattled it viciously that the alarm went off! then a cop came to our van and started talking to us about that.The cop was acting friendly so we didnt produce the camera.we should have known that when cops move thier lips they are lying and are fingering you for something! they rattled the door so the alarm would go off and then that gives them a way to approach you about that ! then he began talking about his real agenda! Wanting us to move our truck off the parking lot of a dozen businesses. the cop went to the security guard and requested that we move off the lot. his agenda was to get us away from the wyfi and stop the upload. ! Her fiance was beaten up by the player when he tried to stop him and was admitted to Primus hospital in the diplomatic area of the national capital, police said.
